Using the word "rape" in pickup

I have been away for a while because I'm in a LTR. However, I said something to my girlfriend that got a suprisingly good reaction, and I thought it was funny and interesting, and I wanted to share. Natrually, I started to think about WHY it got a good reaction.

She said something that was sexually suggestive, and I replied, "oh, you shouldn't have said that. I'm gonna have to rape you a little bit."

She loved it.

Another way to use this is when isolating a woman. If she is attracted but shows token resistance, you could very casually say, "I promise not to rape you too much." Keep in mind that I haven't tried this one.

One reason I think this works is because women do like to be dominated, ravished. When with someone they accept as a sex partner, many women like to be taken by force. So it's almost as if there is an acceptable amount of rape.

Given the above reason, saying something like this communicates that you understand this need in women, that you have experience with women, and that you're not afraid to approach that line. You're bold, sexual, and unapologetic. If she's into that, she may start visualizing you taking her roughly.

Another reason it works is that it voices her objection for her and immediately diffuses it by pointing out how ridiculous it is.

Also, it's funny. But not in a knock-knock joke sort of way. It's funny because it brings her to an uncomfortable, tense place and then immediately relieves the tension. This form of comedy is common in The Office or Borat. Taking her on a momentary emotional rollercoaster can be pretty powerful. It may become an inside joke for a little call-back humor later.

Of course, if there's no attraction this could come across as very creepy and alarm her. I wouldn't do it unless she's showing a lot of IOIs and is already laughing, or if you've already gotten sexual with her or, more to the point, she's already gotten sexual with you. High risk, high reward.

I personally see this as bad advice for pickup...especially for the level of most who will read this. you have a tremendous amount of comfort and understanding with your GIRLFRIEND. that is completely different than a woman youre trying to pickup in a bar. 'rape' doesnt work well with someone who doesnt really know you.

Yeah, do not tell a girl you want to rape her a little bit. Horrible idea. Say "Quit trying to rape me" or "I'll blow my rape whistle if you try anything" or "I saw you eye-raping me" or whatever. Never be the rapist*.

*I can't believe I had to type that advice.

If you have a sense of humor and confidence, you'll be amazed what you can get away with.

I'm not telling people to be a rapist. I'm saying to be the guy who knows where the line is and isn't afriad of it, even jokes about it.

I also said to do it with a woman who has shown attraction and whom you've already gotten sexual with, so I agree with you when talking about saying this early in a cold approach. Maybe save it for a day2, phone game, or text game. But my point remains that, when said with humor, this can take the sexuality up a level in a funny and interesting way.

With the right amount of comfort, women will respond to this the right way.

I once read a study that stated that approximately 60% of women have a rape fantasy. As a matter of fact, I have, on several occasions with different women, sneaked (yes that's the right use of the word) into their house and actually 'raped' them.

Lots of chicks totally dig it.

I think it's best to use when you've already tapped her. Not sure it's something you can use in a pick up or even on a day2 without having had nailed her already.

I can tell a girlfriend, girl I've been seeing for some time, or regular fuck buddy, "Hey, know what I like to do? I like to skull fuck babies...chop them up in to tiny pieces, cook it, and feed it to the homeless" in a joking manner, but that doesn't mean I can do the exact same thing (delivered in the exact same joking manner) and have it fly by in a 'pickup' situation. That's exactly how this "technique' is being presented, and that's why it's bad and dangerous.

You can say basically anything to someone once you have enough comfort and mutual understanding built between you. But that's not a pickup situation...

Instead of "rape", couldn't you just use "fuck" and have a better effect?
"You shouldn't have said that, now I'm gonna have to fuck you"
"I promise not to fuck you too hard"

I haven't field tested though...but "fuck" has a better connotation. I would put "rape" on par with "murder"

I have to agree with Smirks.

The connotation behind "rape" is the same as the one behind "pick-up artist" or "force".

It's just bad mechanics.

With enough rapport and comfort AND trust, anything is possible. But this is something I think should be left for others to find out on their own.

Rape is a shock and awe word and a lot of times it's just to much work to get it to jive.

But it can work.

I agree with you guys that it's risky and can go awry very easily. I respect your opinions. Sure, it's safer to say, "it's ok, I know you won't rape me TOO much" or "you shouldn't have said that, I'm gonna have to fuck you a little bit." Safe is wonderful.

But the key is the juxtaposition of the word "rape" and the phrases "a little bit" or "too much." My opinion, for what it's worth, is that when you talk about there being an acceptable amount of rape, it is perfectly clear that it's a joke, and most women will get the joke and play along if they're attracted and in a sexual mindset.

You can say anything you want to a women you've been sexual with. There is no game there. Game over. You've already won. Big fucking deal what you say.

You cannot pick up a girl (as in PUA) by mentioning raping her.

When you personally go out to a bar, mention raping a girl, successfully close her, and have proof I will humbly apologize. I would absolutely love to see you do it.

Yes women have rape fantasies. With someone they trust. They don't have rape fantasies about creepy strangers. That's called rape fears.

*Some guys can get away with the rape comment. My best guess is it is .01% of this board. Horrible, damaging advice for anyone on here to take.
