I just did the "Basic Recipe".
I must say I feel really good.

If so what do you think about it?
It's supposed to help you rid yourself completely of negative energy i.e. PTSD, Phobias, and Anxiety(Approach Anxiety included).
I feel pretty good right now.
Real positive.
Idk if it's bs or not because I am not in a situation where I could approach a HB, meaning I cannot test to see if it lessened my AA at all but I feel good nonetheless.
