Playas
Likewise, I am familiar with these and the importance of them but I have not sat and come up with ONE (still using assorted things from a large body of material I have internalized to varying degree). Meaning, I rarely use specific stacks, but of course notice when I have attraction or when its time to isolate and just whip something out that (I hope) is appropriate
As far as help I can offer:
Basically you know your material well enough that you're sure you can direct the interaction, because your stack is well designed (to eliminate unusual contingencies) and flows well (well enough that you know exactly how to handle the contingencies that do come up)
The most basic thing to do is - follow a progression model as closely as possible (i.e. open, dhv, qualify, isolate, escalate, bounce or M3 or whatever you like) and have common thread for all the material that you use for all of those phases (like, your qualification is related to your DHV stories)
Also read the LRs of the guys that use them extensively. You want your stack to direct conversation and can use it to let your target know what you like in your, uh, targets and give them some clues on how to behave so that she qualifies. The more you know about modelling/patterning, chick logic, themes etc the more you can pack into it. Also, use your identity here (like your target qualifies because you're x type of guy and sick of this other type of HB who can't be spontaneous, etc). Then use it consistently to guage reaction to it and tweak it still more
