Cool house for house parties?

So if we look at 1500 a month for a place in addison with utils and such, 10 guys paying 150 a month will get a party apt. get 20 and it's 75. From here, it's just a matter of setting the clubhouse ground rules like, "this is not a residence, no one can move in here, it's only for social events."

Im intrested... please explain. Are you talking about just a regular apartment? Or more like a condo type setting, or luxury place?

If nobody is living there, then how would it be furnished? We would just have like an empty pad.

why are we talking about spending a lot of money to get an apartment? Don't we have anybody living in addison with a decent apartment and a pool and club house?

We do need a roof to live, don't we? so one of the guys or their friends should have a place there. aren't we seperated by 6 degrees? so a friend of a friend of a friend might have a place in addison.

why don't we ask around and see if any of your friends' friends have a place there. and if need be, we can rent the club house for a nominal fee. and collecting a nominal cover charge should cover that and some drinks.

Let's not be hasty in spending a whole lot of moolah on getting an apartment, before exploring our options.

Let's ask around all our friends and see! I bet you can give them incentive by telling them they would be able to meet some hot chicks through the parties too!

I'm definitely in. But, why just an apartment and why in Addison?
Theres a ton of houses on the M streets by lower greenville that go for around 1k a month that would serve us well.

Hmm... it sounds like there are a half dozen or so people who have expressed interest.

The question of budget comes first... how many people would be willing to pony up $200 a month? $100 a month? We could setup different levels of "house privileges" depending on the level of contribution. Once we have an idea of who will do what, then we can decide on the size/location of the party pad.

As for location, something around 12 & 75 is pretty central to Addision & Lower Greenville.

Party pool already exists. Anyone ever been to the Village pool on a weekend? It's like Club Med out there, as several guys on the board, myself included, will attest.
I think we should plan a Sat day get together at the main pool at the Village.
