I've used the gay disqualifier before. It's not something I've ever conciously brought up, but sort of springs up organically within the interaction. Using it as an opening line, as stated above, seems problematic to me. You'll see good results only if the girl suspects you're lying to her. Then the fun unravels, as she starts strying to prove to you all the reasons why she knows you're not gay (the first few times I tried this it was an incredible boost of self-esteem).
The tongue flicking thing may work for someone, but it's totally not me.
