Some more thoughts....don't be afraid of flirting or showing that you are a guy who is not afraid of his sexuality.
I don't know how well this was set up prior to the email so it may be a lost cause but if some nicknames, flirting, time bridging and/or cocky funny was dropped into conversation, you should include it in the follow up email.
If these were not dropped into convo when you first met her and she doesn't respond to your email, then you didn't fail with the email and it makes no sense to focus on it. You failed with the introductary meeting.
One of the more recent sarges I did I teased the girl about spilling a drink, called her naughty and had a stupid story about why I thought she was naughty - the story then led into me calling her Miss Naughty for the next few minutes. I then pushed her away from me several times and accused her of hitting on me and did plenty of other things from the PUA handbook.
THEN, when I next communicated with her, I picked up where I left off..."Hey Miss Naughty, my clothes just got back from the dry cleaner from when you spilt the drink on me. You now owe me $12.79. You can either pay with greenbacks or you can owe me drinks - I will let you choose. Hurry and decide as my schedule is busy. You don't want me to have to erase your appointment after I pencil you in. Remind me to schedule an extra half hour onto our meeting as I know how much you want me. Don't want to dissapoint! =)"
See the difference between "want to do coffee? maybe we can be friends?"
One is confident and flirty, the other is begging for her time.....I am sure if you gave it thought, you could come up with something much better than my example. But the structure and content is there - flirty, teasing, confident, sexually themed (but don't over do it).
This is why we are all here - to learn this stuff.
