Warm up without cold beer

Despite what many psychologist say and gurus in motivational speaking say, alcohol does help with game in many ways and helps one relax. However, sometimes alcohol is not always available. Gamble gave me this great energy drink that is also all natural and also healthy, that provides better energy toward game than alcohol. I learned that also avoiding junk food before sarging, and having a healthy workout does give good energy toward game. A healthy work out is not the one where you become burned out and feel tired. The healthy work out that can make sleeping difficult and makes you feel all energetic when you are done exercising. Also, a good warm up exercise before sarging is just talking to various people (men and women, ugly and hot, etc) just to put oneself in a talkative friendly spirit, and helps ease AA. Mystery has mentioned it but I feel like most things regarding inner game, Mystery does not stress enough. Plus, when hotties see you being social with various people, it is a DHV and makes it easier to open girls, and many girls may even approach you. Sure some of you might already know that stuff, just needs to be emphasized.

It is called Redline. I hope they sell it in Costco because I am ready to buy that shit in bulk!
