Cool house for house parties?

I just moved here from Vegas in June to Frankford. I am about 5 minutes from beltline in Addison. I have an awesome pad, but it is not very big. I have a fully stocked bar, awesome tunes and a patio overlooking the pool. I am looking for a good wingman to go sarging with. I hate to say it but it is hard to meet good wingmen in a new city. Let me know if you are up for some sarging.

Hate to resurrect an old thread, but this is quite interesting. My lease is up in Feb, and I'm quite interested in something like this. Did this just die? I live in Fort Worth right now, but work in Downtown Dallas...so a move that way just makes sense.
