Not much here in awhile... working on a 30 day campaign and wanted to see if anyone could post some good venue, events, etc.... and possibly days of the week.

I can't speak for everyone, but I'm selfish with my good fishing holes. However, I'll tell you how I find them.

I walk up to an attractive young lady where ever I see one and ask her where the good party spots are in town. I repeat this process several times and note the bars that they mention often. Then I go to those bars. This simple technique has never failed me and I often get phone numbers while doing it.

That's actually a great idea. It's an excuse to kick start picking up. I just want to make sure I don't DLV myself in the process. ( Looking like I live here.. but, don't go out or not cool enough to know )

Maybe something more like: "Hey, you look like a cool chick that knows her way around. I'm new in town and need to know where the best party spots are. I'll bet you can help me out. What do you think?" Once she answers, you could get into a little roll play by saying you should hire her as your tour guide. Keep it light and playful and you'll be getting into the hot spots before you know it.
