Blackfinn in Arlington

So i just got back from the Blackfinn in Arlington and i must say....it SUCKED ASS!!

i was quite disappointed. ive heard some great things about this place and was really excited to check it out.

first off, the layout is nice..very large and spacious, other than that it was a fuckin' bust. the crowd was gay. generally an older crowd (early 30's) that were trying to be cool/young. it wouldnt have been so bad if the women were attractive, but i'd have to give an overall rating of the women at a very low 3-4(no joke, not to mention im drunk as shit and have been drinking since 6ish). that IS FUCKIN SAD!!

second, the crowd was a little bit more ghetto. meaning that you had all these douche bags trying to act all tough and shit...well no figure, i was in arlington.

finally, just to let you know how bad it was, i got there at about 11ish and left at like 1145pm.

now, after talking to several waitresses and a bartender, i was told that thursday is the night to go there. supposedly thursday is college night and thats when all hte attractive young girls come out. my friend (who i trust with taste) was thre thursday and did say that there were alot of attractive girls. i cannot say for sure because when i was there today, i was not impressed...not AT ALL!!

overall, i was not impressed one bit. i would not be returning unless it was on a thursday (or if i was dragged out there...)

I have to agree on this venue review. The place has potential. Different setup than Addison, but I think it makes it easier to navigate. The girls I know that work there said Thur was a good night to go as well...and the occasional weekend night. I'm not gonna bother going back for a while I think...give it time to warm up.

Checked it out tonight (Sat). It is a pretty nice place. For Arlington/Mansfield area, this is place is great. But if you are willing to travel there are better places in Dallas & Ft Worth.

yeah, they have half a year under their belt now (forgot all about this place), has it gotten better?
