# close and 2nd day setup

Didn't have time to go out long last night so I went to a local tavern close by the house. Grabbed a drink and people watched. Just had fun. I talked to this guy who was sitting beside me at the bar and got a good business lead.

On my other side the people left and left a open spot. I girl comes up and asked if the seat taken. I was like I don't know. She is like well I'll just order a drink and leave then. I told her just sit down and don't worry about it. Got her story. New in town doesn't know alot of people.

I turn right around and ignore her and talk to the guy on the other side of me. 2 AFC try to pick her up with no success. I then direct my attention back to her. I ask if she's been downtown yet. She says no. I tell her then I'll have to give you the tour. I told her some things to do down there and told her that we are going. What's your number. She gives it to me and I call it. She stores my number. I would have bounced her but had a time contraint. Tried to nail down time for day 2 but she wasn't exactly sure of the schedule.

I told the bar tender to close my tab. She then says she wants to close hers. I told her a had to meet some friends right now, but that I would call her.

Looks like everything went your way. What would have been cool was if you'd built up that rapport with her, gotten her interested in having you show her around, then started leaving without getting her number. Maybe she'd have chased you out to give you hers
