Finally back in the game after a year of being in an LTR and almost regressing completley back to an AFC

Side note: (Being in a relationship is a whole other beast, don't ever lose sight of the game and the social dynamics that construct relationships).So me and my LTR are over because of not keeping up the attraction. I realized I need to get back out there and start back in the game. I contact my friend who I haven't seen in a while who is a complete natural and always with 10s. The first thing he says to me is "hey want ta get laid". A little bit of oneitis sneaks into my system we broke up Tuesday and its Saturday and I realize that I need to kill the last bit of this mind eating disease. I check out some stuff from Humorus which gets me hyped truly the master of approach then I check out some stuff from BradP about social circle gaming. I study up on old material take as much as I can and head to Dallas.
I show up at my friend's apartment around 10 pumped and ready to go. I hear my friend and this chick walking down the stairwell to open the front door my friend is dhving me the whole way down talking about what a great guy I am, how I'm in film and box, and all these other things. I think to myself what a great friend I note to myself that I need to do a study about how naturals already subconciously know the game like its embedded into their dna or something. Anyways he gets downstairs and opens the door he introduces me to the girl I assume to be my target this girl is beautiful a short mixed girl in a miniskirt and tube top with a rockin body. He introduces me and then busts my balls about my shoes. Side note: (I'm always wearin crazy shoes or badass boots; I have heard from one too many girls and sources about the shoes making the man so I always am rockin something outrageous). I laugh and say "ya but she likes em". She looks at em and says "Ya those shoes are hot". I laugh again "thanks Paris Hilton". My friend laughs and we continue in to the so called party. I walk in and its a sausage fest 6 guys and 2 girls. I see the other girl who I was assuming was my friends target. 3 guys hovering around her the other 3 hovering around my target. I look at my friend and pull him aside he tells me they kinda just showed up out of nowhere might be friends of the girls, I think to myself damn I hate ASD so much. We both know what to do my friend goes and turns the music up and I head to the kitchen getting ready to set up for the night of mayhem.
Me and my friend turned into the life of the party sharing our stories amogging the dudes in very subtle ways taking shots and acting like were at the best party in the world. I teach everyone how to play poker and it turns out even with all the dudes were all having a good time. Me and my friend are working the targets I'm negging and teasing her about everything she slaps my arm and I'm like "whoa your coming on a little strong, I'm not that easy." I'm always loud enough so everyone can hear and laugh and she flushes and continues to flirt with me my friend is working his target the same way I swear to myself some people were just born PUAs.
The guys start to dwindle down in numbers as they realize these girls are just paying attention to us. I hope to myself that I'm not pushing it too far because I have been negging her the whole night and dhving and haven't even got around to qualify yet. Then my friend does me the biggest solid of the night.
My target was complaining about eating the whole night even after I put her in two timeouts lol. She said she will cook and my friend tosses me his keys and says y'all should go get some food flashing me a sly smile.

At the party there were 4 chodes down to more to go. They looked dejected like the longer they stayed there the more of the chance they would have with both of the girls that were on lock. I escalate slowly since it was just us, using a couple of Style's comfort routines and a few I used back in the day. A good thing that I learned at one point is to always kiss on a high point like when she's laughing or something. So after some serious talk and connection I break the tension with a joke she overlaughs I grab her by the back of the head gently and pull her in and kiss.
From there it was just a matter of escalation. We start making out hard not the best kisser lol she started jamming her tounge down my throat whatever earlier she said she gives the best bjs which she got a well deserved neg for. I pull of her top unaware that she wasn't wearing a bra, and heard trumpets and angelic voices in the background this girl had the best twins I have ever seen including in videos. In my head I'm thinking there couldn't be worse timing. He walks out like having 2 naked people on his couch almost f***ing is an everyday thing. She laughs and asks him how was her friend. He shrugs it off and grabs some hamburger helper. I'm wondering if he just got high or something because we are both pretty much naked and he's sitting down eating hamburger helper she doesn't seem embarassed or shy at all just conversating with us. He finally leaves and flashes me an apologetic look; a little too late. She says she has to get up early and falls asleep on me. I didn't want to seem try hard and push the sex, so I just fell asleep.
I wake up toss her my phone she puts her number in and I bounce. I text her a little today and she's still flirtatious. My friend calls me and says that I should pick her up and bring her over since the other girl is coming back over and they are both friends. I say hell ya hoping for a second chance anyway I guess I head out to late and he tells me while I'm on my way to come pick her up to forget about it cuz he is about to smash with this chick again. I call her up and tell her they want alone time and she starts bringing up excuses about how it is late and she has school in the morning.
I guess my question after all this is did I screw up somewhere? This chick is pretty hot and I want a day 2 with her but I'm trying not to be try hard what could I have done to nail this chick on the first night, a freeze out at a friend's house would've been weird and made me look like I wanted it too bad? So some advice would be helpful.
Also, when she says she is not easy or we should not do this just whisper in her ear that, yes, "we should stop" or "yeah, I am not easy eaiter" while still kissing her. Just mirror what she says but keep turning her on.
