This was my second bootcamp. (I’m going on my third this weekend in Atlanta) First off, I drove out to the house where we are all supposed to meet. I walk in and see….Mystery….I was a little nervous. I gave him a hug like I knew him. I’ve been reading his ideas and watching his videos for almost a year now. I felt like I knew him. Mystery introduced me to Lee, another VA alumni like me. I could tell Lee had his stuff together. Lee and I got along from the start.
Then Matador came out. I was surprised to see him because the schedule said Lovedrop was going to be there but I was happy because Matador is an animal in the field. I wanted to see how his game was different from Mystery’s.
Then Mystery began to teach. He taught the entire day 1. It was awesome. I know a lot of people are very familiar with the M3 model but to actually hear him teach it was like learning something completely new. No one runs Mystery’s model better than Mystery.
It is funny watching Mystery and Matador interact. They are both successful with women and yet they are so different. They will interrupt each other and both just keep on talking because each has such a strong frame. They are always trying to out alpha each other but in a funny playful way. You can tell that they are the best of friends and view each other as equals.
So Mystery finishes teaching day 1. Lee rents us a freaking stretch Escalade limo out of the goodness of his own heart. Then he gets us a ridiculous suite at the W hotel in Dallas. Thank you Lee. We moved the bootcamp to the W. We all met up about 10:30 in the lobby. I’m from Dallas and Matador knows me so I was in charge of choosing the venues for the weekend. I called the owner of Dolce and he hooked us up. We went in and Mystery and Matador went to work opening sets and demonstrating for the students. I saw a 10 set of girls at a VIP table and I told Mystery to get in there with me. He told me this CRAZY opener to use. I call it “The universe has a message for you” opener. I used it, it of course worked and next thing I know I’m kino plowing 2 girls and making out with a third.
We rounded up the group and headed to Mantus. Matador was so on. He was opening moving targets on the way there. We got to Mantus and Lee took care of us again. (Thanks Lee.) Mystery and Matador talked to EVERYBODY! That’s one of the keys to their success. Meet everyone, you look like the host of the party, you have plausible deniability for the approach, you can AI your buddy, you get in a talkative state and the whole room can get sucked into your positive happy playful frame. In Mantus Mystery met a girl he liked and isolated. I watched her get sucked into his frame because he was so passionate about what he was talking about. That’s the stuff I really wanted to see, A3-C1 stuff. “The game is played in comfort” I got a few numbers that night but I was really trying to stay within earshot of Mystery so I could hear what he was saying to these girls.
So the lights come on, the bouncers are telling us to leave. One of the bouncers is hating on us bad like we took his girl. Matador is talking to this mixed 2 set. The guy in the set tells him, “That’s my girlfriend.” Matador takes looks at the guy and in a very masculine voice shouts, “It’s cool, I’m gay!” then continues to run game on the girl. I almost peed on myself it was so funny.
One of the girls I was talking to and the girl Mystery isolated just happen to come together so they jumped in the limo with us. They wanted to go eat; Mystery wanted to go out more so we dropped them off at their car and went to a strip club. (Mystery’s girl looked sad when he left her. She was in love.)
We headed to Jaguar’s in the limo. Mystery and Matador were opening sets. Mystery and I were discussing stripper game. I told every girl in there I was gay after I heard Matador do it that one time at Mantus just to see what would happen. I made out with 2 girls and one gave me her number, I didn’t buy any dances. It was hilarious. As soon as I said I was gay they couldn’t get their hands off me. Lol! Matador was making out with one girl. She got in trouble with the manager for making out on the floor then she changed clothes and left with Matador!!!
I was delirious at this point sitting next to Mystery and that’s when I sent out a text message to all my PUA buddies. Sorry to all of you who I woke up at 5am. It was just an awesome night and I wanted to share.
Saturday we moved the bootcamp to the lobby of the W Hotel. It was the perfect venue because there were girls all around. We took a five minutes break that turned into an hour break because Matador and Mystery started opening sets. It was an awesome display of day game. We got numbers and invited the girls to meet us at Ghost Bar later that night.
Saturday night we started off in the Living Room bar at the W Hotel. It was a convenient place to go because we were staying at that hotel but it turned out to be the hottest spot in Dallas. I love Asian women and 15 gorgeous Asian girls walk it. The owner of the club Suite in uptown also showed up. We opened sets but I really wasn’t in the right frame of mind. One thing you have to be careful of when you are on a bootcamp is becoming a fan. You watch Matador make out with a girl he met 3 minutes ago and while you are amazed your state goes down. I would open a set then go back to Mystery for advice and approval or to rationalize what went wrong. I was totally in my head and it wasn’t a good night…..until I met this blonde hottie at the end of the night at Ghost Bar. She was so rude. She told me to buy her a drink, I laughed at her and said no. I introduced her to Mystery, she was rude to him so he called her an “asshole” in a playful way. We didn’t take her shit and she was drawn in by it. 3 minutes later she asked me to take her home. 10 minutes later she is bragging to me about how hot (she was really hot) and rich she was and how lucky I am for hanging out with her so I threw her against my car, told her to shut up and started making out with her. 20 minutes later we are making out in the front seat of my car. All of the sudden it was a good night. Lol
Mystery was with the girl from Friday night he met at Mantus and then pulled this very cute Israeli girl from Ghost Bar back to his room as well. Gentlemen, he was as advertised the best pick up artist I’ve ever seen.
On a side note, in the ‘Blueprint’ Tyler talks about eternal state being the Holy Grail. Mystery has that. Mystery is always un-stifled, he is always in state. He has some ego but you can always see his inner self shining through. He doesn’t have any angles and he doesn’t come off as needy. He always makes you feel like you are an equal and he is one of the easiest people to really connect with I’ve ever met.
Additionally, Matador teaches a section in his bootcamps about the ego. He draws it from Eastern philosophy and it is very similar to what Tyler was talking about but he uses different terminology. You can see it in his game, his frame is strong, he is always trying to give value and he is not affected by the outcome. Matador is coming out with a book about his method soon and I can’t wait to read it.
Sunday we were beat.
We were back in the lobby of the W. Mystery and Matador were talking about comfort stuff. Mystery describes how …. He … talks…slowly…with….long……….. dramatic …….pauses……that …….suck…..people…..in. But yet he is still enthusiastic and passionate about whatever he is talking about. This was the single most important thing I learned during the bootcamp. Be passionate, interesting, dramatic, express emotion and speak loud and slowly.
Mystery took us outside on the patio and showed us some illusions. Very cool. The Dallas Stars were about to play the San Jose Sharks in the American Airlines Center about 100 feet from our hotel so it was packed outside. I asked Mystery to do his famous grounding routine for us. I’d been waiting all weekend to hear it. He did it, it was awesome. It was full of emotion and DHV’s. Kosmo told me that when ever Mystery isolates a girl and does it she becomes his girlfriend. It was worth the $3K all by itself.
I invited 2 really hot girls I knew to meet us in the lobby of the W. They met Mystery, he put on his usual charisma. It was just fun to be around him with girls. Everyone has a good time laughing and talking.
We went back to Mantus that night. All I wanted to do was try to open, DHV, SOI, and go into comfort. I was really trying to connect, not game. It worked very well. The first girl and I talked for 25 minutes about the ego, quantum physics and self esteem. She said that I was different from every other guy she’d met that night, that I didn’t have an angle. Then she asked me to take her number. I did it again with another girl, we started making out and she wanted me to take her number as well. I was seriously more interested in trying to connect with someone then trying to pick them up. What Mystery taught me was sinking in.
….but then those f*&kers got kicked out! Lol. Who knows why, I think they were drunk. It was a good excuse to leave. We went to two more strip clubs then to IHOP. The bootcamp was over, we were just out having a good time.
Saturday, I’d set up a meeting with the Dallas lair for Monday afternoon. It was going to be Mystery and Matador for an hour at a hotel in West Dallas. It was totally last minute and 75 people showed up! It was terrific to finally meet all those guys I’d seen online. Mystery talked about merging sets, PUA’s teaching each other and many other topics. Matador talked about “Current Emotional State” and how that affects the interaction. They fielded questions then took pictures. It was one big love fest.
Monday night I went out with my buddy to Babydolls and met this incredible Asian stripper. It was just like Sunday night, we connected then she told me she wanted me to call her and go to lunch. I couldn’t because my flight left early. She wouldn’t even let me get a dance if I wanted to. Then off to DG’s down the street and the same thing happened with this beautiful Chinese bartender there. She just text me yesterday.
This stuff works.
To all the guys in the bootcamp with me: you are alumni now, let’s all go do a free bootcamp in Vegas!!!
To the rest of you: the next time Mystery comes to Dallas, Miami, Vegas, Austin, Houston, New York, Phoenix, or LA. I’ll be there.
