My night st Shamrocks with the crew

First or all I just want to say that if you have not been to a meeting yet you have got to go. There are so many cool guys that go and if you have points that you need to work on its nice to pick their brains. Thanks to everyone who gave me some pointers last night.

So we leave Starbucks and head on over to Shamrocks. I like the look of the place. I think its owned by the same company that owns Bakers Street. There’s one in Ft Worth that has basically the same layout just smaller. Vector the guys and I find a good place to hang out where lots of women pass by. Its right next to the bar and on the way to the ladies room. I watched as 4-6 guys try to open this 2 set of girls sitting in a booth for two. I don’t think anyone did well with them. The ugly one was not interested in talking and it was hard to join them since there was nowhere to sit. I remember the ugly one saying to her friend something like, “Hey, you wanna stop ignoring me?”

There was a guy in a pink shirt with a black tie and I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was smooth. He opened a 2 set with his bubble pipe and seemed to be doing ok. I couldn’t hear anything but observed some light kino. I don’t know if he got blown out or not but suddenly he just turns a complete 180 and opens a 3 set behind him of 2 girls and a guy.

I get bored and walk around to look for a set to open. Lots of beautiful girls but argh I get AA. I feel very relaxed when it comes to building rapport but it’s the initial attraction and opening I’m stuck on. Any suggestions?

I come back to the group and I’m grabbed by someone who’s in a 3 set and told, “When I give you the word I want you to walk over here and kiss the girl in the red.” …Shit. I’m pulled over and lay it on some girl from Peru while my picture is taken. From there I isolated and built plenty or rapport with kino and even some role playing. I told her that we should go to Peru and she could be my tour guide. Blah Blah Blah. Got a # close and excused myself. By now its 1 AM and I head out back to Ft Worth.

Thanks everyone I had a great time but never opened a set. I’m thinking about learning some scripted material and just using that till I’m comfortable. Tomorrow night I’m off work and going to Baker Street in Ft Worth to get blown out as much as possible. I guess I have to make myself do it if I’m ever going to get over this AA. I enjoyed meeting you. You seemed like a really cool guy to me and should not have any problems opening sets. I wish we could have hung out, but maybe another time. I have some stories to tell about our night! I hung out with some fun guys.

I was just in Lima, Peru in January and if that's the area she is from I can give you some insight to the place. They have cool surfing there and it's actually quite a fun place that's very cheap once you get there. For $20 you get transportation to the beach, a board and wet suit, a surf instructor and three hours of surfing. If you pick up an instructor at the beach it's as little as $5 if you haggle a little. Don't eat the Civiche even though it is highly touted and their National dish. You will get sick. Trust me, I know...

Ha. WRONG! I watched as one guy from the group got blown out HARD! He was focusing his attention on the chubbier one, I started talking to the thin, brunette with glasses.

She did say "hey, you wanna stop ignoring me?" But she also told the first guy that she was "done with this conversation." Hardcore. Anyway, they were throwing out massive shit tests all night but if you're comfortable enough you can plow through them with no problem. This explains why guys were getting blown out so hard.

Anyway, in my first interaction they invited me to come over to their side of the partion. I did. I ran some game on the uglier one and threw the hotter one a bone every now and again.

This was a tough set guys. Tough. I learned why as the night progressed. Anyway, I ejected at a high point in the conversation (left them wanting more). I figured they'd be there the rest of the night and I figured with all the newbies in the room that night (that aren't used to shit tests on this scale) that they would get blown out. This would make my interaction with them seem that much BETTER because I ejected instead of being ejected.

I worked the room for a while after ejecting. Playercool, Ratio, Lion, and I decided to bounce for Blackfinn. So, I went back to the 2 set and told them that I enjoyed meeting them, that I was bouncing to Blackfinn with my friends, and that I would see them later.

The hotter girl was ADAMANT that I stay and hang out with them. I told them bros before hos and I've got to get going BUT I made a deal with them. I told them that they had to tell me a funny story and I would tell them one too. If their story was better, then I would stay. If not, then they would have to come to Blackfinn with me.

GIRLS CAN'T TELL FUNNY STORIES WHEN YOU PUT THEM ON THE SPOT. THEY JUST CAN'T.

They bounced to Blackfinn.

The truth about them came out. The uglier one is married with 3 kids. The hotter one just got divorced about 6 months ago. It was a girl's night out. Period. They weren't interested in talking to any guy that they felt was hitting on them. I'm a great disqualifier and my playfulness hedges against the idea that I'm hitting on them. This probably explains why I successfully pulled them.

I number closed and kiss closed the hotter of the two. The logistics weren't there for an SNL (she was driving). If they were I'm positive I would have been able to SNL her. I realized this after she showed me pics of herself naked. Rubbing my cock at Blackfinn was probably an indicator as well.

By the time I got to Blackfinn, Playercool, Lion, and Ratio had bounced to Zen in Austin Ranch. Sorry I didn't make it with you guys!

Nice one BR! I had the same problem, this girl from Arkansas (thick accent) is in town for 3 weeks for some work training and we couldn't go back to her hotel because she shared a room. Don't worry about not meeting up with us, we bounced to Finn, then Zen, and BACK to sherlocks.
