Dallas PUA

Well last night was a real eye opener. I've personally never experienced this kind of situation before, which is why i'm posting about it.

After running some textbook online game, i have a Day1 with legit HB9. We meet up in Uptown at X bar for some drinks.

We've had some drinks and it's really clear, she's not my type, i'm not her type. So no harm, no foul, just haven't some drinks and conversation, no reason to pull the rip cord and eject.

I go off to the bathroom, and come back, and she is surrounded by a 2 guys that have pounced in my absence. These 2 chodes start to immediately start to run game. Wingman immediately engages me in BS rapport talk and tries to get me to pivot away from HB for a conversation with him while AMOG was talking with the girl. as the conversation goes on lead douchebag was attempting to tool the situation/me that we were out on a first date and he was going help us out. He starts buying us shots and drinks to get us to 'loosen up', and basically be center off attention.

So at this point i'm pretty shocked actually at the boldness of this gaming attempt, and the wingman intentionally trying to divert me and keep me engaged while his buddy works on HB, when clearly we are out together.

At this point, neither of us are interested in each other, so I let the game play on and watch all this unfold, and let AMOG buy the next 4 rounds of drinks for me and her. Thanks for those drinks buddy..

I didn't hear any canned material out of chode 1 or 2, but I suspect due to this coordinated assault and his amogging attempts, they were in the community. It was a good eye opener, cause I can't recall ever attempting to be AMOGed by somebody before EVER, much less on a date, when you are not as on your toes like in club game. Interesting night!

That is too funny, I have had similar issues in the past. But it sounds like they were well read rookies as no self respecting PUA would buy drinks, especially not multiple rounds.

yep, me and HB exchanged some eye coding regarding the rounds of drinks.

they actually weren't doing too bad before all the drink buying, it took me a few seconds to dial into the game quite frankly cause i was so shocked(not visibly). Due to my size i don't encounter need for that kind of game before, so it was a good wake up call, especially the coordinated tag team assault I was dealing with.

I disagree. ive bought girls drinks and fclosed after doing so. the key is to do so in a non suplicating or approval seeking frame.

I'll buy a drink or two deep in a set...but I typically use the, "I'll buy us a drink, you buy us a shot." or vice versa.

I've bought drinks before BUT only after isolation.

Personally I find I do just as well if not better when I don't buy drinks. To be entirely honest it is one of the few things that have been eye opening to me since getting involved in the Game. If I added up all the drinks I bought over the years as an AFC it would be the down payment on my next place.

the buying drinks issue has been discussed and well debated for years, it's as old as the community.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes a girl just needs to have an excuse for her behavior. There are pychologocal studies that show people are more willing to do things they would not otherwise do if they *think* they have been drinking even if they have not had any alochol. Somehow it gives them an excuse....

And then there've been times Ive gotten something really cool in exchange for buying a girl some drinks....this could be an accecery or a bunch of medieval times tickets.
