FR: The Pirate and The Rockstar

I went out to meet Rockstar at Xbar in Arlington and wound up running into my old mentor and friend, Captain Jack.

Since Xbar has gotten frumpy, we decided to hit Ybar in Dallas on Sunday night.

I had never been to Ybar but I had heard it was a good bar on Sundays.

I liked it. Very Dallas. Almost L.A. as Rockstar said.

The pirate is geering up for another session of his PU madness. Its good to see him and see him out.
As usual, he is a fountain of knowledge.

A couple of questions I had for him were answered brilliantly. "What do you do with non-compliance, do you IOD? Do you do a Cialdini principle?"
His answer was "You just ignore everything that does not serve you."

CJ had AA that night. We all had a touch of it.

I had 2 memorable sets. Yeah but its a Sunday.

1. A girl was taking pictures of her friends. I stepped in and took their picture doing something like El Topo's Foto Routine "Sexier baby come on baby...be sexy..."
They asked me to be in the next photo.

I pulled a chick's hair and posed. I was playful but I think she took it the wrong way...like I was too eager. It was more role playing and fun for me.
But it smacks of loveable losers.

Nice try. It was fun.

She runs off and her friends give me negative body language. I should have said "Whoa...slow down girly...that's all you get." Or something and maybe posed cooly instead of like I was a horny beast. Well I am a horny beast and I have hair on my back.

2. A girl was eyeing me from behind a massive dude. His arms were huge. He was kinda man-handling this girl. Not bad but she was getting uncomfortable.
He gets blown out and she walks over to me.

The whole time I tried my "distracted look" where I view them with my peripheral vision and they get my side profile of my face.

It locks them in for some reason and it can create some sexual tension.

So she comes over and talks to me like I knew she would. Predictable choice. The best one she can make. Well...

She says something like "I know you from somewhere..."
I grab her hand and she says something else and then walks off.

I am such a dumb ass.

I should have taken the previous guy's set as an example of what not to do.
She is attracted to Authority figures but she didn't like being touched that much.

I should have just did banter "You just said the worst pickup line...ever."
or "Buy me a drink before you start hitting on me toots."

Then qualified. Then again....

You live and learn....hopefully. I've been out for the last 4 nights. I'm tired of this shit.

Tonight I'm gonna rest up. Last night I was really tired and it contributed to FU's.

Note to self: rest is important.

Seems like every occasion I go out, I get 1 or 2 girls who approach me. Which is cool but I can usually "feel" the sexual tension building.

I've gotten to the point where I can sense something is gonna happen.

Some nights it doesn't happen at all.
