You know, someone just pointed out to me that you lied about your age and just to be sure before I wrote this email, I made sure it was true. I don't care how old you are but it's not cool that you lied to me right off the bat (about your age). Anyway I figured I'd never see you again, but I was drunk and had a good time so I gave you my number anyway. Thanks for the dance, I'm sorry I let a ridiculous club distract me from the people who are really important to me. Five days after I wasted my Halloween night with people I didn't even know, someone I loved and cared about, who I wish I had been spending that time with instead, died.
Keep that in mind the next time you think clubbing is all that and more, because it's not, it's just a waste of precious time and money and that rabbit guy you hang out with is trashy and sleazy. Which is exactly what most people who go to clubs are, trashy and sleazy.

p.s. It's good that someone you loved died, so they don't have to see the person you've become... you'd be more of a disapointment to them now then when they were alive.
I don't know if anyone else would have success with this but I have.
The tactic here is to start lobbing the nukes at her and get her thinking what an incredable asshole you are. Be an over-the-top dick. She's trying to blame you for a bunch of crap, and being a total bitch. This is unacceptable and I would punish hard. Trust me she WILL respond and her response will be nicer (a bit) than her first email. Then you reward by being nicer.
This is a field tested tactic. There was this damn girl I had opened when I first joined the community. Somewhere along the way, she started not liking me--really not liking me. Oneday I overheard that she was pissed that "everyone keeps asking if this is a costume. I'm not dressed as a hooker I just dress this way"
Personally, I think she was dressed fine. But that didn't stop me from throwing out:

This pissed her, her boyfriend, and everyone else at her table off. She started crying nad her bf threatened to beat my ass. I didn't appologize, in fact when she demanded to know why I think she was dressed like a hooker I looked at her, smiled and said "Well..." Her bf's sycophantic lackies tried to fight me but I simply told them to do what they have to do. I made this girl furious.
Like a month later she comes up to me and starts talking to me. She came in to starbucks to order a drink but ended up sitting down and talking to me for 30 minutes before I had to go. She actually turned out to be a sweet girl (offering to make little soaps shaped like turtles for my new apartment). I like turtles. She IOI'd me several times, even saying "At first I didn't like you, but now you seem okay" (with a huge smile and that doggy dinner bowl look).
