Hey bros,
I just did my game for first time this Monday night. I had no wingman or anyone, basically all I did was practicing openers and stuff. Well my first set was like hb8's one Asian and one white. I opened the set with who lies more
opener....guess what? The girls knew the game...The Asian one replied that David Crock says that girls are bigger liar cause.....
I was like damn damn damn!!! My first night and I had already started with a baaaaad set! Of course I didn't give up and keep going. But here is the prob I have:
1) What happens when set you try to open already was opened using same freaking openers or stories for example? ever happened to you all?

2) What happens if you open a set, who you don't remember and opened them like say 2 months ago but they remember you doing same to them b4????

Never happened to me, but then again, I doubt many guys go up to girls and ask them "Would you ever date a penguin?" "Well, what if he was a really hott penguin?" Don't use canned openers--they're training wheels. If you insist on using canned openers, don't use the most famous one in the PUA community. That's like using "what's your sign" after that became the notorious PU line. But even if you do get busted, just reframe it. But why make it hard on yourself--just create your own openers.

Been there. If you've done well they might ask why you haven't called. Or the might not want to talk to you. I've experinced both. Usually if they remember you and you don't remember them, it's easy to make them qualify....afterall, they're wondering why they weren't important enough for you to remember.

In Shreveport, I gamed a hott bisexual stripper about 8 months ago. Last month, I went to the strip club with two wings, and this stripper comes up to me. She keeps telling me that she met me and I act like I dont remember her. Within moments she's making out with me--an upside down kissand asking that I get her phone number before I leave.

I agree. Don't use canned openers, you'll never truly internalize the game using someone else's material. Develop your own or just say what comes to mind...your body language, posture, presence are well over 80% of the initial approach.

This happens to me a lot. It will if you go out enough. I usually just go with it. Since I don't use canned stuff very often (almost never these days) I don't have to worry about saying the same thing to them. Like Westfall mentioned, I usually act as if I recognize them but don't remember the circumstances of our first meeting.

You can blow past this if you react properly. Act like you are delighted that she knows what you're talking about, most girls are so clued out, blah blah, yeah have you seen that show on VH1? blah blah..

If you're reaction is "oh crap" (watch nonverbals too) then she will think you're trying to fool her.

This is tougher because they have a prior impression of you and you can't be sure how you did last time. Ignore the fact that they recognize the opener and focus on the prior impression. A few times girls have come up to me and said they remember me and I have no idea who they are. I'll say to them "Oh, cool. Sorry I don't remember you. We didn't have sex did we?" In a playful way.

In response to your questions....
1. Get some new openers. Don't use "who lies more?" Its too well-known.
Make up some new stuff.

There are other stock openers that are less well known. I know I posted Rocker44's List of Openers on Dallas PUA once and I know someone else had posted some other openers too.

When you're first starting out, I would use those canned ones. Get the responses down. Know when you're getting IOI's and when they're just tolerating you.

Also if you run into this situation, you need to come up with some quick banter responses to these situations. Don't collapse just because some chick read Neil Strauss.

"Oh so you read The Game? Are you a female player then?"
"Wow I always thought the guys on the VH1 show looked GAY, what do girls think?"
"Wow so if you're so good at game, tell me some lines. What would you say to pick me up?"
"Oh so you're into Neil Strauss then, wow! That's so cool. You're my *new girlfriend*( and hug her)."

You should write a bunch of these type of responses down. Then go around your home saying them out loud. Make them as funny as you can.

2. What happens when you don't remember them but they remember you?
Well, you can be honest. "What was your name again? I vaguely remember you."
or lie "Hey...I remember you. Did you change your hairstyle?"

If you're doing the same thing week after week and not remembering what you're doing then you need to FOCUS.
The point with the stock openers and routines is to learn calibration. Calibration is a $200 word.

You're also learning what responses you get to certain actions and behaviors you exhibit. Its like a predictable algorithm.

Input -> Output

Each week, or weekend, you should work on another piece or sticking point.

For example...last week I stalled out.
There are two things I can try this week. One is to be comfortable with silence and hold my space.I will ask big questions so girls can talk more.

The other is to learn some really smooth A2 material to get me to the next phase.

Running the same opener is fine but try to get different reponses by varying body language, tonality, speed, pitch and energy level.
Try doing an opener to where its boring. Try some eyebrow and facial movements.

" Yeah ...(yawn)....my friend is dating this chick he met for three months and she....(yawn) excuse me....she wants him to get rid of the photos of his ex. Is that normal?"

Two things, think of some more creative openers and avoid canned openers. Your situation is something that I sort of fear as well. Style in a radio interview commented on this same exact thing when one of the DJ's asked him about it and what he said was just ride it out and use it as something you can both have in common. And at the very least if she knows game then use her next time you go out into the field as a pivot. Because its not about what you know, its about who you know! Goodluck!

First at least you went out and opened.

It sounds like you are new so here is my take. I would keep using this same opener. Why? Well because you will get blown out a lot by using that opener. It's just way too out there right now. But guess what will happen. You are going to be awesome at reframing. Crazy talk is going to roll off your back like water on a duck. You will start to feel invincible. In addition to this knowning your opener is going to be blown out you will never again have AA after you do this enough times. You will become an opening machine. And I will say opening is at least 57.893453% of the game. Kinda like in golf if you don't putt the ball all the way to the hole you have a 0% chance of making it. If you don't open then you are just another wall flower.

Here is another great outcome of using that opener. It will actually open more times then it won't. Yes a lot of women know about the game, however they don't know every canned line. Just keep in mind you better have some stuff ready for A2 as you will be getting there some of the times with this opener. If you can bust off some stuff outta your head on the fly then by all means run with it. But have some back up material incase you fall flat at this point. I fall flat all the time in this position ecspecially with HB8.5 and up. Make sure you drop some negs with anyone this good looking for sure. They eat it up. It's crazy how much they like getting dissed. One good fallback if you run outta things to say is to use an item of her outfit. For example you might say wow those are really nice earrings where can I buy my niece those?

Your second question is pretty easy. If this happens just make sure to roll with it. Like others have said your body language paints the true picture. If you act embarassed you are now most likely blown out. Just reframe it like this. I know why are you guys always hitting on me. This will no doubt put them on the defensive and it will become very fun. Go on to call them professional pick up artists. Or I like to change it up and say I am going to introduce them to a man lets go. 99% of the time they will say no to this because they like you and wondering wtf is going on why does he not like me enough. Why does he want to find me someone other than him.

I agree with Bull run..

Canned openers get ran thru alot like an Hong Kong hooker.

With that said though.. If your not comfortable or experienced enough.. Use some canned openers, to get feel and comfortable with opening sets. This will help you with other things.. Last thing you want to do is go up to set fuckin freaking out about wtf am I going to open with. So either A use them or B come up with something.. but dont be surprised of coming up with trash openers at first.

As for the open the same set again 2 months ago.

I think a few things can be said about this..

Number 1 venture out a bit, go find some other places to go sarge. You will find your self picking up a bigger crowd and "crew" if you will when you start to venture and travel outside of your so called "Comfort zone" after you do this you will see your game change dramatically.

The other thing if it does happen, and it can. You can just play it off I wouldnt really even put any worry into it. With the side note of what my first paragraph just said.

If your using the same can 2 month in a row then uhmmmm. I'm doubting anyone will agree you need to either come up with new cans (lol your need new cans j/k) or come up with something original.

Quick summary:

New cans or be original (You dont have to reinvent the wheel)
Dont worry

you kinda remind me of myself about 5 months ago. (but i don't remember ever hitting on anything less then a 6) BUT you got the right idea in mind, in that your taking small steps.So, i think your doing a pretty good job.

1. i agree with everyone said about canned openers. So im not going to beat a dead horse. When i was starting out, every night i would come up with a new opener and use it the entire night. Example: TX OU weekend. I just went up to every set and asked them how there TX OU weekend was going. And started a conversation from there. If i ran out of stuff to talk about i would make them dance, and play some games with them. One opener i really like, that i kinda came up with

ME: hey ladys, when a guy comes an hits on you, do you like him to hit on you directly or indirectly?????
(hopefully they have no idea what direct and direct means so they don't anwser. If they do just explain it to them anyways)

ME: ok you look confused like you don't know what it means. Let me explain. OK a indirect person is kind of a shy person, and really doesn't know how approach women, so he'll go up and as you like a opinion question. like do you like blah more or blah?

(hopefully you get and they get what the joke is. Cause your kinda hinting that your hitting on them indirectly. thats when i usually smile and neg them to see if they get the joke).

then i continue:
me: then theres the direct guy that just starts hitting on you right away, doesn't play games, or ask question. He just starts hitting on you.

then depending on there answer (which 95% of the time they like direct) I start hitting on them directly.

Me:you like direct guys, ok then! well i think your very beautiful, you seem to be a very fun person. GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER I WANT TO HAVE DINNER WITH YOU THIS WEEK. (Those are when i get the fastest numbers.)

if she refuses the number i just take a step back, reframe, and say ok lets take it slower. How about i just get your name? or names then go from there.

2. I get alot of that, and i just do what pretty much everyone else says.
