Thanks finesse and el fenix
Here is a copy of one of the students posts on your teaching this weekend. Thanks a lot again, We will have to do it again!
First off let me say THANKS the instructors (Finesse and El
Fenix) and to Omar for hosting the event and for his advice and
reinforcement. I went to a MM bootcamp 2 weeks ago and I think that
this class (Finesse and El Fenix; hosted by Omar) was actually better
than the MM bootcamp. The attention that each student got was
unbelievable and much more in depth than the bootcamp. The
instructors actively pushed people into sets, winged, gave awesome
advice, and are really cool and interesting people. As my LR says, I
probably wouldn't have closed that girl without the line about not
having sex and just teasing that Fenix and Finesse gave me only
several hours earlier!
Another thing I loved was that both Dallas instructors and Omar
were very humble about their skills. By being humble, they make you
feel like you can achieve what they have because, in the words of
Fenix, "We are all on the same journey."
Finesse and El Fenix spoke about a wide variety of things from
about 12-8pm and I absorbed a ton of great info. Finesse is great
with frames as Omar mentioned. I had a general grasp of them
beforehand but now I feel like I know a ton more. I can't really
describe this in text but we had some exercises, demonstrations and
examples which helped a lot. One of the big elements that got me the
SNL was the frames I put into place with my target. El Fenix is great
with style (he lent me one of his shirts which I complimented on by
the girl I ultimately closed) and went into detail on this. He also
helped me with how to deal with specific situations such as LMR, text
game, was an excellent wing, and many other elements. I could go on
and on but in the interest of space I won't elaborate further on what
I have learned beyond that both instructors are clearly dedicated,
down to earth, and know their shit.
In addition, I HAVE to give Omar props for being the best host
ever. I slept at his place for 2 nights and I am truly in his debt.
He is so dedicated to teaching that he winged basically non stop. He
helped me out both nights by distracting the ever-dreaded obstacles.
You can tell that Omar knows his shit and he has his own unique style
of pick up that is very natural.
To conclude, I have to say that all these guys I have mentioned
are fun as hell to hang out with. I think I was laughing the majority
of the weekend. It is important to connect with people on a personal
level that is beyond 'the community' and it was extremely easy to
connect with all of them. Learning about pick up is not just about
getting laid, but about having a good time and I definately had a
good time.
