FR: Supplements at Red RIver.

I hit the field tonight, Specifically to sarge. I picked up some supplements from El Fenix to see what effect they had on my alcohol free night. Thanks for the wing and supplement advise, I can't wait to read more about them. My big issue has been approach anxiety which crept into my game a few months back. Alcohol had been my answer to that but as my anxiety goes away so does my effectiveness. I needed to get rid of the anxiety without alcohols attendant loss of judgement.

Tonight I tried Kava Kava. It took some tweaking but El Fenix and I worked it out. The Kava evened me out after a second dose and got rid of the anxiety but it lowered my energy level. I was thinking about going home and to bed when Fenix recomended a Red Bull. That kicked my metabolism up and I started cracking sets.

There really is something to this Sarging supplements thing.

Next step is to look into the focus and attention issues I have. I wonder if there is something I can take that will focus me in so I notice IOIs and suck more easily.

To everyone else out there tonight, good runnin' with you.

Over the counter focus/attention span specific stuff that I know of (since I'm really fucking ADD) are the following:

Omega 3's - 7:1 or better ratio of EPA to DHA works best. Hard-pressed to find that now a days, though.

High doses of magnesium and B12 work for non-ADD people.

Fenix might have something else up his sleeve, but most of the stuff (minus test boosters) have diff effects on me.

Google the two and read away. There's tons of literature on it. It's what I took when I didn't have insurance between college and "the real world"
