I'd be interested in this. What are we looking at in terms of house wise and pricing? Now would be closer to the time to do it since its becoming a very good buyers market.

If you guys are dead set on this I have a small 3 bedroom house in Richardson.
It is completely redone on the inside. I took it down to the studs so everything is brand new.
It is only 1300 SF 3/2 with pretty small bedrooms.
Seeing that it would get trashed at least a little(Think carpet, paint, possibly more expensive stuff) I would want 600 a month per person. I would only consider it with at least a month deposit from everyone in advance non refundable.
I would also only do this if at least 3 people signed on. If you guys want more people to make it cheaper that is fine whatever.
You will be responsible for the yard mowing and utilities.
This is not the greatest deal in the world as you can easily find a house that is nicer and bigger for less money.
What you won't find is someone renting a house to you and not needing a credit check or signing a lease.
Think it over and let me know. If you guys are serious and put some money into my hand I will take it off the market. It is currently for sale.
