Worst opener ever

an interesting.....though far fetched social experiment that i would love to see come to reality (maybe a new reality show?). one in which the entire social heierarchy is flipped, now don't get me wrong, i love having women make 75 cents on my dollar for absolutely no reason. but that said i think it would be hilarious to watch women be forced to be the ones opening us with whatever weak lines they come up with and have us be the elite prizes to pick and choose our targets (that and i'd get to use some devastating blow off lines that i collected from my AFC days). i think the whole experiment would last about 2 days till the girls have a complete mental break down and are forced to end the show because they are physically and psychologically unable to handle rejection. mysogynistic? maybe--but ultimately priceless.

any ideas on show titles?

It would only work if you could scrape away all of the social norms, morays, and folkways imbeded in the minds of the individuals invovled that are a result of being born and raised within society as we know it. Most men are so hard up for a date and so quick to preform t the batting of a hottie's eye because thats how we've been socially conditioned and programmed. Its how they've been programed as well.

An example of the differences between societies and how we think about people is the Tiwi tribe. Memebers of the Tiwi tribe would not understand why we don't burry our elderly women alive when they get to old to contribute to the society. It would be an act of deviance to suggest to them that this was a bad thing to do. Just as it would be an act of diviance for someone living here to do such a thing.

It would not work as a show I think because you'd have people involved who are already socially conditioned to act a certain way toward each other. But in theory you could have a society set up that way. It could be done here. It would just take several generations for it to become the norm. You may also find it has a few Latent Functions (Unintended results).

But who really knows?
Not the Trashcan Man, thats for sure...
