I hate that term. Under the definition of slut, I'm a the sluttiest of the slut slut sluts.

I guess it comes down to this for me, other than being a non-judgmental person in general, I dislike the hypocrasy inherent in the standard that guys who have a lot of different partners are players, and girls who do the same thing are sluts.

If *I* were a hot chick, I like to think I'd be getting a lot more sex than I do now, and enjoying every bit of it.

I didn't mean to use it in a pejorative way. I meant it in a sort of matter-of-fact way. I learned she has had sex with 2 people I know, which is uncommon for me, and since I met her she has been with 2 other men I have met recently. She told me herself that she is "the female equivalent to a man-whore." Those were her actual words. I told her that was totally cool... i'm a man-whore too.

The reason I mentioned it was that closing her may or may not reflect solid game. I didn't mean to put her down. I feel the same way: YAY SLUTS!

I could see this working well for you because you have a very relaxed cool vibe that isn't intimidating. Now I think it would be a different story if a big, annoying looking douchebag looking guy was to walk up and say it in a cocky way. I think they would back turn him in a second; unless of coarse he had the most dominating, smooth, masculine, cool looking vibe.. in which case he could probably walk up and say anything and they would love him.

I also like the second part about "but I'll probably fuck it up at some point." Not only does it flatter her and make her feel like she has the power (which she does in fact, girls choose duh) but it opens her to giving you more of a shot because 1) you're not taking yourself too seriously (you're making fun of yourself, which is a great DHV disguised as a DLV) and 2) you're honoring her right to choose which gives her the relief that you may not pay attention to the fact that she doesn't like you and become annoying. Basically she'll give you more of a chance for being honest and flattering her while at the same time your DHV. Very juggler like.

I think most of the time that direct openers don't work is because girls think that your just some guy who's cocky and thinks he's hot shit and deserves her and therefor his ego is going to gather enough strength, like "ya, I'm hot, I'm gonna go talk to her and make her like me." Girls believe that it's about there being something between you, like a connection for example and instead of you trying to see if it's there or not, you're trying to force an interaction. If you had actually looked at her and noticed her and that she wasn't interested in you then you wouldn't be bumbling up to her trying to force her to like you. Now, suddenly she's stuck trying to get rid of you. Some hot chicks wont even awknowledge the guy (hence the term bitch shield) because she already prejudged his body language and decided that she doesn't want to give him a chance. So therefore the easiest way to get rid of you is to turn her head and attention away from you and ignore you. OR she can just be rude for about five seconds and deflate that stupid false ego you're trying to project and you'll leave her alone.

For this one, my guess is if she's not interested right after this opener she'll immediately say to you "oh, sorry I have a boyfriend. But you're sweet." If she doesn't than I would suggest not showing too much interest in her via rapport seeking questions (unless you're purely qualifying her) and simply chatting with her as a friend. That fact that you were direct and now seem disinterested in her will create a small amount of push/ pull.

In fact, I'm gonna go try this one tonight. I imagine I'll probably follow it closely with a quick false disqualifier though, just to keep the tension down.
