I can see how this stuff could become addictive. :) I had a great time last night sargin with you guys at Sherlocks.

Kudos to Vector for bringing me into his set and getting me fired up for the night. I was totally not in a talkative frame when we got there and I was just watching everyone else open sets and then Vector pulled me into the two-set that he had opened and then I was off and running from there.

I Met some pretty interesting girls and learned that I have alot to learn about keeping the flow going past the initial attraction. It is true that the guy is totally responsible for keeping the set going as the girls do not contribute much and will let the interaction die. I was able to isolate a pretty cute girl and then I became "Mr. Question guy" as I did not have any routines or gambits in my arsenal to keep things going. The attraction was there and I could tell that she was waiting for the escalation, but I did not know where to go with the conversation. I need to learn the Cube, The Strawberry Field and some of the other comfort building stuff that you guys were talking about. I was even getting compliance as I got her to allow me to lock in and take her spot and she gave me some positive feedback on the hand gripping test and she was giving me Kino back when I would Kino her. I totally forgot to do False Time Constraints and to disqualify myself and make her chase me. She was waiting for me to do everything.

It is neat to have read some of the techniques and then to go to the club and start to see where they can fit in and figure out which tools I still need to add to my bag.

Looking forward to the next outing.

Comfort isnt really a routine. Comfort is a state of mind.

It can be controlled with body language, speech, and the surroundings, as well as a multitude of other things.

The key to comfort is to be able to manipulate it. Like on matrix, you will start to realize that the spoon itself does not bend because that is impossible, but is in fact you yourself.

You can warp how things are construed, so don't limit yourself to just routines, since there are only a few you can learn, learn some more body language adjustments you should make and the practice. rinse. repeat.

I'm glad you had fun last night. I wouldnt mind hearing what some of the others experienced either. I didnt really get to talk with you all that much. Next time hopefully though. Congrats!
