Kino

First off I am new to this community so let me introduce myself, I go by the name Rekast, I am 20, and have moved to Dallas 3 years ago from MA and have to say that out of everywhere I have been in the world it is my favorite place.
After getting out of an AFC relationship 6 months ago I decided I had it, and that’s when I opened my eyes to FS, I have Read DD and The Game, and am trying to suck every bit of knowledge I can find about the art. I have to say my life been amazing ever since and made me better realize my goals in life.
Ok enough witht the crappy intro because I’m sure you all will get to know me better in the future, so let me just dive into my question:
I am an 8 by most girls standards, and my personality is filled with confidence, my problem is kiss closing and getting physical with woman, i either come off as not interested, or too intimidating for some woman to feel like they can be physical with me (This in the past has led me to the LJBF situation). After researching it on FS.com, i realized that my problem was going Kino, i did not use it at all and it kept me distant from HB9+, so i decided i was going to work my Kino on everyone (every girl that is), that along with eye contact made a huge difference, however I need advice on WHEN to best initiate Kino, and how to escalate it.
Yesterdays scenario:
I have a room mate that is in good physical shape, but has no game, he is an AFC at heart, but some how he manages to get girls comfortable around him, mind you they are HB6-8 so its not like he has much going on, however last night he had his friend Lauren over, she is an HB7, so I decided to practice on her, when I came to the apartment I said hi to my room mate and my other friend who were sitting in the kitchen, she was sitting outside smoking a cigarette, I walked out and gave her a hug (all the while showing confidence) we talked, I made her laugh, and then before going back in to take a shower I took a drag from her cig, after finishing I came back out and they were sitting at the kitchen table smoking a hookah, I joined and started going kino with her, I gave her a little rub on the back as I was going to sit down, I sat in with my leg on the bottom section of her chair and my body tilted in, I neged her, maintained eye contact, then shifted and gave attention to my friends for a little, so I gave her a little more attention with some negs, and she offered me some pot that she bought, (to me I take an offering of any personal belonging as an IOI to a certain degree, correct me if im wrong, in this situation it was a 100% offering for me, wel maybe 80-20, because I had just come into the house and they had already smoked). Then my friends decided to watch half baked, so Micah (my room mate) went to the living room and turned on the TV, me Lauren and Ray (my other friend) were sitting finishing smoking the hookah, I turned and talked to ray for a little, she stood up mumbled something and then went into the living room and sat right next to Micah, he was sitting in the middle of the couch and she sat to his left, I walked in about a minute later and saw the scenario, I didn’t realy know what made her extract herself from me, and did not know how to extract her from her situation, so not to be like an AFC and linger too long, I chilled for a little watching the movie and laughing, then I left to my room, shut the door, and went to sleep (not only did I not know what to do, it was 12:30 and I needed to wake up in the morning). Anyway I would like you all to analyze this situation for me, I have no regrets, like the say in the community you either learn or you succeed, also I would like to clear a couple of things out first, I am not a druggy, I smoke weed, cigs, and drink, all in moderation most of the time, I am now deciding to be completely sober as to improve my game, however I will not curve my questions or reports because Im only trying to be real In the situations and trying to get the best answers from the community, and also the hookah is only flavored tobacco. Anyway this girl Lauren I’ve met before at my place, she was with a bunch of girls, and I completely sensed IOIs before and yesterday (unless I suck at noticing IOIs), so I went to sleep, and my roommate slept with her, what a beautiful ending haha, anyway guys hit me back with the feed back, and next time ill try to make those posts more uniform and more to the point, again nice to be part of something so helpful to the world.

Kino is important of course. Also, don't use many, or even any negs with a HB7. I think rule of thumb is HB8 maybe 1, and an HB9 and 10 1 to 3 negs. Too many can turn a girl off. Also, you needed to isolate her. As for kissing, the Mystery kiss close is perfect! Ask, with a quizzical look, if they would like to kiss you. If they say "Yes", kiss her. If they say "maybe" or "no answer", say "lets find out" and kiss her. If she says "no", just say it just seemed she had something on her mind.
