I didn't know what to think or say after that. Do you guys have any idea why she would say that or what I should have said? I was a little shocked when she said that. I just kind of ignored it cause I had no idea what to say.

I think it was a shit test. She wanted to see how you would react to that shocking question. Because girls don't really tell guys stuff like "that guy is my bootycall."
There might be few reasons why she told you that.
1) she might just wanted u for sex but no string attached. she wanted to see if you would be ok with it
2) she wanted to sounc cool and let u know she is not a push-over. she is in control and she wanted some validation from you.
3) she probably said that to test ur confidence. she wanted to see if u would keep pursuiing her after that harsh rejection examplified on other dude.
4) she didn't want you to hit on her. (she wanted to scare u away) -- but this doesn't make much sense because she is already dancing with you

It doesn't matter what you say, it's the second that you let it affect you that you lose.
This is gonna sound vague but the best pickup advice in the world - be yourself.
If it were me and a girl said what she said to you up there, I'd literally walk off the dance floor and forget her in 5 minutes. But that's just me being an ass. A lot of dudes LOVE girls who are that open sexually albeit slutty in which case i'd probably make that point vaguely and change the topic to show that i was in control of the convo ie "you got a cool vibe, now do a spin" and spin her or something, anything.

yeah, i don't know why she told you that, it could have been a shit test or it could have been her trying to dhv to you by flaunting her sexuality ie if she is underage or something where she would feel she has to prove that.
i used to get shit tested all the time my first month or two in the community but in the last couple months it hasn't happened like at all. I can't imagine a girl saying this shit to me in set. I wish i could tell you what the difference is - i think part of it is that i stopped using anything "canned" and i think part of it is just to not give a fuck and be willing to walk away and they pick up on that.
but anyway the point is that if you see yourself getting shit-tested quite a bit, then you probably have another issue in your game to work on above and beyond just knowing how to reply to them. i think shit tests kind of get less and less the more sets you do.
