the library seems to be getting such mixed reviews. so its really large groups of people that are hard to open? and there are a lot of jerk guys? And the hottest girls there are 9's and few and far between? But at the same time everyone is saying its a good place?

I would go there for yourself. Running game there can be difficult for the un-experienced PUA. The girls in my opinion are hit or miss. Thankfully for me whenever I go to that bar, theres usually five or six people that I recognize from my college so thats nice. Plus its right in the middle of all the other bars so it can be a good place to start/end the night. Go there and see for yourself.
