I've done this for about 35 days now. I am noticing solid, tangible changes in the way I treat people, and the way I interact with the world. If you guys have any questions regarding this stuff originator is very good about answering them just make a user on rsd and ask away in the thread posted [url]http://www.rsdnation.com/showthread.php?t=10525&page=38&highlight=affirmations[/url]
Also all updates are posted there. I will update the links with some of the newer stuff he's come out with, but I highly recommend going straight to the source.

I have used mainly 1 of these about 27 times over the past month, with periodic others throughout.

I highly recommend the use of these things. I have seen a change in how I act when I go out, the reactions I get, the way I view myself, and the way I feel others view me.

The ones I have listened to, in order of the most to the least is:

Fucking Goals (27 times)
The Platform (6 times)
Club Rocker (4 times)
Party Man (3 times)
Break Away (1 time)

These are the only 5 I have used. Awesome.

There are new audio files on the drawing boards, actually too many.

All my time lately has been towards a software that will be a radical experience for mind programming.

dual video players with seperate volumes
audio player with volume
user choice of photos that will play in a slide show
user input text fields for personal affirmations/suggestions
motion ball that tracks back and forth [more on this technique later]
user namable presets for storing default setups and fast recall

There is a process I am adapting to the software that is derived from a classic technique called EMDR [eye movement desensitization reprocessing], this is controversial but I find it useful and credible stuff.

The essense of the EMDR section is this:

REM [rapid eye movement] is a phase of sleep where many mammals including humans process memory and store the memories and experiences in the brain. This is an evolutionary process that works for our survival: you experience something, the emotions/images/feelings/sensations are stored is an appropriate place in the brain for later use.

You brain is constantly scanning for info from the senses, making compatisons to the existing stored memory. Decisons are made very fast on what the thing being observed is, this helps us know what is cool and not cool. A 7 foot bear is not cool, so dont fuck with one. You learn this at an early age, and you dont fuck with bears. Thus you live longer.

Unfortunately, sometimes events and memories get stored in the nervous system in an unprocessed distorted way. In cases of highly emotional or traumatic events, we don't process the info correctly in REM, and the memory adversly affects us throughout life when something triggers that memory.

An unprocessed memory is like a loose cannon, waiting to go off anytime when the wrong stimuli pops up. Many times, these bad memories are programmed in in early childhood, sometimes without you even knowing it.

Where does approach anxiety come from? Some highly distorted memory, that affects both your conscious minds choices and your physiology [heart rate, breathing, anxiety etc]. These are out of control emotions/memories based on a trigger of seeing a hot chick.

In many cases, the source of these anxieties can be traced back to a single event or series of events. Once the target event is identified, a process called EMDR may be helpful in re-processing the memory into its appropriate place, removing the loose cannon effect.

This is what I am working on now, researching and dumbing down the process into a program that anyone can do at home witthin a few hours, or just minutes here and there. The process involves moving the eyes back and forth rapidly while seeing the image of the bad memory. You establish what your negative program is that was derived from the memory, and the you derive the prefered positive response to replace the old negative belief. The image is relived partly, and the event is processed by moving the eyes just as in REM. This is only for a short time. You then move on from that memory to wherever the thoughts take you to. You reprocess anything that pops up as negative. When done, you rate yourself on how you now feel about the effects of the old belief.

Anyways, I have a feeling that this process of digging into the core and correcting unpocessed experienced may just turn out to be serious achievement for pickup and AA. I think it is a logical co-agent with the affirmations, as unfotunately, there are some memories that need more heavy duty artilery.

Hopefully the first beta versions of this are coming within a week.

BTW, I am probably going to launch a forum and site just for audio, video, software products like what you are already using. Only way expanded. If I do it, I will be hoping to have a good bit of traffic for guys that are into inner game tactics. I am only at the tip of the ice berg right now.

Later fellas

I still use the platform pretty much everyday before bed, and I rotate others in during the day. It’s weird, the more I listen to the Platform, the more the suggestions change. I mean, it is still the same audio but what is being said has a totally different meaning to me now compared to when I first started. He put out a strait meditation audio that I like a lot. I will put it on and free write for an hour or so, some of the craziest shit comes out, like stuff I had forgotten from childhood and these weird rationalizations about why I do things. Cool stuff.
