The answers you seek are in the field. Go, play, meet lots of women and kiss them. Always assume it's on until she walks away.
Get the Mystery Method and the Selfish Gene. Those are the only books you need.

Kenton Knepper's 'Completely Cold' is a great one for cold reading. 18 pages, read it 3 times and you got it down completely. It is where mystery got the health wealth and relationships thing from.

Unlimited Power by Anthony Robins
This is a PUA must read and exactly what you are looking for.

You can get most of that by reading Tyler's posts and adapting them. There's a nice selection over on Bristollair.com.
What is hilarious is that I hear really good guys using the same lines I was taught.
Most of these are based from Tyler, David DeAngelo and Mystery. Style too.
But what you have is a core line and the attitude behind it.
"You and I would not get along...we're too similar...you wouldn't take my shit and I wouldn't take your shit....If I were in a room with you, it would be like being in a room by myself....I'd pull my hair out. Basically being with you I'd be bald."
That's the whole piece. MM guys will shoot me for divulging it.
But that's one example and there are others.
I don't know who came up with "Typical Dallas girls" routine but that rocks. Its totally in the same vein as the stuff above and perhaps we can add onto it.
what's the "typical dallas girls" routine?
It's described in this thread: http://www.dallaslair.org/p/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?2635&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
I tried it once tonight. It successfully opened. Even though she wasn't from dallas, it turned out that this girl was as dumb as a box of rocks, which made conversation really difficult. She flunked the 5 lies game on question number 2. I run it a lot and I've never had anyone flunk the second question.
