learn to like yourself to downscale your so called limitations and zero in on your strengths and PAST ACHIEVEMENTS
keep telling yorself nobody s perfect and the people who get on in life are just as imperfect as you are but they choose to ignore their failings and go for the grabs ( if ther s such an expression !!
