This is easy for I have been to much of Scandinavia.

Everyone speaks perfect English. No communication problem.

First and foremost, if Swedish school, just got out, hop back onto train and head for Kopenhagen. Why? Cause that is where all the Swedish girls go soon after school is out to get 1) drunk and 2) laid. They have better and cheaper beer. As another traveler once said to me, if you can't get laid during this time, you're gay.

Secondly, American girls who are traveling are easy. I actually read an article where they did a scientific survey showing women are more likely to cheat then men on vacation. So pick out some american girls coming out of the station. It's easy. You can tell Americans because they are the only ones who wear white socks, tennis shoes, and a baseball cap. Just go up and ask where in the States they are from. They will be wondering how the hell you knew they were American. Ask if you can explore the city with them. They are always happy to have a travel companion, and maybe more.

Thirdly, go to a pub. European pubs are the center of social life. Laid back and friendly people. Don't get drunk. They usually meet to socialize, not get drunk.

Fourthly, play the dumb American/tourist stereotype. I HB10's (and there are more here than anywhere in the world - no myth!), I just arrived from America, where are good places to blah blah (pubs? museums? hostel? hotel? etc).

Finally, hostels are a hotbed for travelers. Go there! Hook up. Go out together.

Traveling is the best! You are going to have some fun.
