I like to look good even though I already look good, anyway I realize the one thing missing in my closet is a blazer. Any one know where I can find a cheap yet good designer blazer on the web?

Im looking for DKNY, marck ecko, calvin klein etc and something peacocky. No gucci, armani or anything rediculously expensive.

Thnx.

what's with the names? I can't make any promises about brands but you can find good blazers at Berlington coat factory or K&G Mens Warehouse IRW. We have a few posts on where to get clothes, do a search on the forum.

If you like leather, Scully makes a couple nice blazers in that price
range in a wide variety of colors. Western Wearhouse carrys Scully
stuff, and would be able to special order you anything you want.

^--- is their online catalog
Page 12 and 15 have the most "normal" style examples. I have the
Special Edition Blazer on page 15 in a Black Cherry finish, and IMHO it
is fantastic. That specific one is a bit more than $200 tho...

I just saw them having a sale on an Ipod enabled blazer a couple weeks
ago. It's got a special pocket inside for yer tunes, and funky embroidered
touch sensitive controls just inside the lapel. Cool stuff I guess if
you are a gadget type. Otherwise a pretty straightforward, basic black
blazer.

Personally, I think it's worth store prices to be able to walk in and try the things on to really see how they look on me, but if you really want some amazing deals check out bluefly.com

Also, I'm a fan of Express. Occasionally, you might find a gem in a TJ Max or Marshalls, but it's very rare. There are always the outlet stores, of course. I found a very nice seersucker Ralph Lauren blazer at an outlet store, and a VERY nice $800 RL suit for just $200. Of course, Neiman Marcus Last Call is probably one of my favorite places to shop- I got a tight Hugo Boss pinstripe suit there for just $750 last month.
