Is Dallas a good spot for a beginner going to school?

Hey guys, I'm really surprised that this community exists and it seems like a cool place. I'm trying to decide where to go to college, and right now it's between Dallas and LA. I live in Centralia, Washington, so obviously either of these places is a huge change, and I'm quite excited. My intial tendency was to go to LA, but now I think it might be too intimidating. Are there a lot of options in Dallas, especially for college students? Is it beginner friendly?
So tell me, why is Dallas the place to be (versus LA)?
Thanks a ton
Erock

Half the women from LA, grow up in Dallas or Houston. Dallas is a good place and so is Austin or Houston.

Sounds good. I've actually never been to the South before. Are girls more open or reserved?

girls is girls. You have the same issues where ever you go. More important is what the PUAs are like. I can't speak directly about Cali but the guys here are cool.

Yeah good point. Does anybody know about UT Dallas? Is it a good school in general? I can't take a tour of it, cause it's a long ways from home.

I heard an analogy about Texas women, compared to other places around the nation, goes some thing like this:
"you go out to on a weekend not in texas, and you might see one or two really good looking women.....
Or any day of the week you can walk down the block in texas, and you will see ten beautiful women!"
Although, there are really beautiful women in LA also . Either way u decide to go you can't go wrong.
As you read around this community you will find, it is not about any technique or any specific way to pick up it is all about your inner game and self improvement.
Hope this makes sence.
Good luck!!!

Good technical school from what I hear. The starbucks just off campus has a high HB level. If that helps.

I'm actually a student up at UT Dallas. The school isn't too bad, but you'll have to branch out as far as gaming is concerned. UT Dallas is mainly a Comp Sci/ Electric Engineering school, with a ton of commuters. You'll be in the Richardson Area, which is a little north of Dallas, and also close to Plano(middle-upper class suburbia). If you want more information hit me up.
