I'm trying to get my feet wet but I have a few issues with approach as well as issues with triggered thoughts of my ex (doesn't help she lives within a stones throw of where I live). I know hypnotism isn't going to be a cure, but I think it can help me harness and control some of my issues and fears, and set them aside long enough to build the better self I'd like to become. I can check superpages, but if any of you guys have had postive experiences and could make a recommendation that would be great.
