INNER GAME IS EVERYTHING
I been analyzing game for a while and came to the conclusion that inner game is EVERYTHING...
Here's why:
When you walk up to a chick, you're going to be think something along this lines...
"What am I going to say?"
"She's too hot!"
"That's her boyfriend!"
Now imagine that you walk up to her thinking:
"Damn, bitch is fine"
"Umm, should I fuck her in the bathroom or her apartment?"
"She's going to fuck me tonight!"
Switching what you think of when you do an action, changes how you do an action. So if you went up to her while thinking "She's too hot for me" your brain will then procedd to do exactly that. Your brain will make you nervous, you will only have shit to say that lowers your value or seeks her approval, etc.
And if you went up to her thinking, "She's going to fuck me tonight" your brain will make you think of all kinds of conversation topics that leads to her fucking you tonight.
Now as easy as it sounds...it is as easy as it sounds. This doesn't take too much time or 1000 sets to learn. All you gotta do is start opening sets just thinking good thoughts. It will be hard as first since you are use to using certain thoughts in certain situations...but over time the new thoughts will replaced old ones...and thus experience and confidence will be built
PS Meditation will skyrocket inner game because meditation teaches you to control thoughts...
By meditation I mean: sitting in a room doing nothing and just trying to focus on the present, aka what's is around you.
I don't do strict meditation, I just meditate while I'm going to sleep. I just clear my thoughts and think of nothing but the room I am in.
