I number closed this girl a week ago from Thursday. She usually waits like 24 hrs to respond and seems to be playing some sort of game. Check it out and tell me what you think and how I should handle it or how I should have handled it.

Her: I am such a dork I accidentally deleted all my names in my phonebook by getting rid of some apps, and somehow all my names just appeared as numbers so I did a factory reset so I have no clue who this is (Jan 5 9:15 pm) [She is obviously full of shit and is trying to change threads, even if she really lost all her names, with a smart phone there is a thread of the text messages sent and received to each number]

Then at 9:51 pm she calls me. I don't answer, I'm at the bar and didn't even hear it ring. But it is probably best that I don't. I hope to keep her hamster spinning until the next day. She obviously knows who I am, otherwise she would not have cared enough to send 2 texts and call me when she usually takes 24 hrs to respond.

She says she's trying to lose weight, so does that mean she's overweight and you are some Romeo dipping the bottom of the barrel? A text like "what r u doing tonight" is something I sent in mass to about 25 different people December 31. It also seems like she may be trying to recruit business to her hair salon. Notice how you said "it's not for the timid, " then, "you said you work in lakewood right"? and all she replied to was she's not timid, meaning she stopped reading at that point, or that part overshadowed the actual question that could have brought you to the salon. That was a clever statement, but i wouldn't have asked it in the same message cause women tend to only see the first part. That is the point though that if you wanna fuck her, you could use that hair cut to talk to her more. If she fucks up your hair it will grow back. But keep in mind though, you may have only gotten her number b/c she's trying to recruit business and she may have no interest in fucking you.

The part where you assume she is full of shit about losing her numbers is a big assumption. I have a pitly flip phone and don't even know how to program it other than type numbers in and use a recent call/text log. I can't imagine figuring out the programming on a fancy phone in part b/c I don't have time and it doesn't interest me. So the entire last part of that I don't have an opinion on but you are reading too much in to it.

On my first text I probably wouldn't have asked if she was hung over. She could take that as an insult, that you are assuming she had too much to drink. A high percentage of women feel kind of trashing after getting real drunk and don't want to be reminded of it. That might have been what set the tone for her to wait so long to respond. Generally for me, I know I'm in business when I get a response within 30 minutes of my first text and a lot of times I get it within 5 minutes. I don't have a lot of experience with that first text response coming 22 hours later. I've got a couple deals like that going on now but they aren't going anywhere. The entire thread you have is a little bit choppy and hard to follow but it seems like it's a lead that will take some luck, a lot of work (weeks or months) and patience and still might not get laid out of it. That's where you would want more numbers where that one is not the sole focus.

I guess what I would do at this point if I wanted to fuck this girl to speed things up is let her cut my hair. Maybe you could open your texting back asking about her credentials or something. But let a few days go by and act like u aren't in a hurry to do it. She's then in a situation where she has to be nice and you can have a decent conversation about new years eve. Hairstylists are easy targets, but i never laid one, i don't think. Good chance that gets the texts rolling pretty good again if you can make a good impression. But keep in mind she's in a real flakey profession where she meets a ton of dudes and corresponds with a lot of them. Kudos for you for using text timing. She obviously knows that trick too. Its too bad she takes so long to respond.
And also I give you credit for not giving a damn or giving in to this manipulation. This female is obviously just into it for games.

1. Call out the games being played and say you want to get real.
2. Let her go, move on.
3. Just invite her over, be direct. Yeah its likely to blow you out...but who cares?

She isn't fat at all, if I ever number close a fat chick for practice, I do not follow up with her.

Like I said before, the new smart phones have the history of texts you have had with each person, so if she has any kind of decent phone, it will be obvious who it was. If she has some shitty flip phone, then she wouldn't be installing and deleting apps since they do not support that shit. If someone texted you something random, like "prove it" and you didn't know who it was, would you text twice and call all within an hour time frame if they didn't write back immediately? Probably not, because you wouldn't give two shits. She assumed I would fall into the frame and respond, and when I didn't it messed with her head. I think the bottom line is that like Tribulus said, she is playing games, but that should be obvious from the 24 hour response time.

First of all, I see nothing wrong with your first text, and if asking her if she was hungover was something that turned her off, then she is absolutely not worth your energies. I've only had one experience with a woman that I number closed who texted back at the same almost 24-hour frequency rate as yours. Eventually I figured out it was because she had a boyfriend, and I nexted.

I was gonna suggest you go direct and call or text her out, (and that if she says no, you say next) but she's showing so little investment at the moment. Wait a week or two to text her again, if her investment level has not changed, then I'd say next.

Are you 100% sure that she knows how to use this log to go back and view your texts? There are certain things on my phone that I don't use or know how and may not wanna figure out within the time frame you are talking about. It's possible that to her "prove it" could have came from one of 10 other people she's texting. Based on your thread and the fact she waits days to respond, it's not 100% that you are "in her head".

Take my advice though and if you do wanna fuck her, don't delete the number. Send a text every now and then even if you get ignored. Last month I fucked a girl, ( 24, ex-LA stripper who's going to enroll in HAIR SCHOOL BTW), after we had texted about 3000 times over the course of 5 months. We had met at a popular night club. We had one 10 minute phone call about 1 month prior to the fuck. All other times i tried to call, there was no answer. The kicker is, on 3 separate occasions over 5 months, we had planned to either have her come over and go see a movie(once), or meet at that same club (twice), and all 3 times she never showed up and ignored my texts until the next day and had a silly excuse. This pattern has been going on a month. One thing I think I've figured out is that she blows the text off if she can't get to it right away. if she's not busy i think she likes to chat. If she doesn't answer within a minute, she doesn't answer. and it's always got to be a question. If I text and say the weather is crappy, she won't answer

She's actually not the only one doing a similar pattern. Another girl I met there is, but she's pale red head which i'm not big on. She sometimes will wait several hours to respond, or sometimes it's immediate and she will chat. About 30% she doesn't respond to. I will end up fucking the blonde, not sure about red b/c red may end up snatching a boyfriend before I get to it.

moral of the story; don't give up on a number when it seems like its not working. since I've got more in to text game similar to Paul Janka's I've noticed these types of trends. I'd give anything if i could have some of the numbers back I trashed b/c we didn't fuck in the first month or they ignored a couple texts in a row and i gave up.and hell the blonde must have so many damn numbers she thought she had mine when my name popped up as the message.

I thought the text conversation was just fine. I do believe that I was there that night when you pulled her. Correct me if I'm wrong though. But, she was super cute, not fat, a little drunk, but also seemed down to fuck. If we had gotten to that venue a little earlier and you had a little more time to work on her and pushed the interaction a little bit more you most likely would have taken her home.

Now, being a hair stylist is a flakey job. But, she seemed kind of flakey anyways. The reason that she's flakey is because she gets away with acting that way without any real repurcussions. She's definitely hot enough and flirtatious enough to attract attention from a lot of men. Being flakey is probably her way of wedding out the guys that aren't worth her affections. Think of it as a shit test. And, the best way to deal with the shit test is do exactly what you've been doing. So, kudos. Think of it as a war of attrition, much like what ninjamatt said. Keep the volleys going back and forth like you have and you'll be good.

Keep in mind, that there is the off chance that she just wants you to be a client. OR, she doesn't quite feel comfortable with you enough to meet for a drink and wants to have the structure of being in her element when the two of you meet again. Hard to say.

The gym comment and losing weight doesn't mean shit. All women feel the need to lose weight. They say it all the time. The ones that do say it are the ones that are fit and thin. The ones that don't are fat as fuck. Also, you need to understand that 99% of the people that go to the gym are fit. You rarely see fat, sloppy, nasty people toiling away at the gym (except this time of year, but they'll be back on their sofas before the end of the month). If anything, the gym comment was a way of her trying to raise her value to you.

I'd hate to advise you to go get your hair cut by her, especially if she's wanting you to come to her salon. I've nailed several hair sylists and, they cut your hair, for free, after you've balled them. That's one of the best thing about fucking them, free pussy and a free hair cut.

When she called you, she clearly knew who you were. Answering would have been the best thing in that situtation in my opinion. Women almost never call, when they do you need to answer. That's just a personal philosophy of mine. I'd say the mere fact that she called you means she's probably pretty interested.

When she called I was in a loud bar, so I had no idea until I looked at my phone and seen a missed call. In that situation, would you suggest to call her back? Or let it go?

BullRun said a couple things I would question. But for the most part it's good advice. the thing about the gym and losing weight would be something I probably would have jumped on unless in my mind I knew her genetics and build was perfect. If you don't care about her weight, it's a non-issue. I personally like women in the 5'7 115 to 120 range who have slender genetics. Add 5 lbs for each inch taller. You can get in a woman's head quick if you know how to talk to them about their weight especially when they bring it up. If you make her cry, just back down and compliment what she is and talk in circles. A high % do care like bull run said, but some are skinny at 24 and by 28 they are thick or obese for various reasons and don't care b/c they think they are still hot b/c guys still hit on them. They like food and laziness, and don't have the drive or discipline to lose weight. Most think, "I'll start losing weight tomorrow but not today" and live in that mind frame almost all their lives but still fall in to BR's theory. Women's weight's are a real taboo subject so it comes down to both your goals and philosophies. Staying in shape is not easy for most people.

I would consider doing the hair cut if it's an environment you can control. If you are use to going to sport clips for 12$ and this is some joint that charges 100$ to have someone do a shittier cut, then don't. I don't know. When BR made this blog, he thinks he knows your public situation and I don't so take my reply with a grain of salt.
