First goal for the board, get someone on the honorable mention list, second goal, get someone on the top 10 list. I don't think we are reaching too high.

What we don't realize is how much hardwork goes into becoming really skilled at this. It isn't just hard work, but also a high, very high tolerance for many failures. Not to mention that these failures are particularly stinging(rejection, embarrassment, etc.). Kudos to those who made it to the top.
