Traceability and Field Reports

Traceability refers to the completeness of the information about every step in a process chain.
The formal definition: Traceability is the ability to chronologically interrelate uniquely identifiable entities in a way that is verifiable.
Traceability is the ability to verify the history, location, or application of an item by means of documented recorded identification.[1]

If you are not doing this, you aren't going to learn anything. You'll go out and have a great night and have bad nights and not be able to know what the cause and effect relationships are.
I'm a huge Matrix fan. I hate to admit that but its one of my geeky pleasures. There is a character in that series called the Merovingian who is quoted as saying....
"You see there is only one constant. One universal. It is the only real truth.
Causality. Action, reaction. Cause and effect."

This is how you should look at your interactions with females. It is causality. Action. Reaction. Cause and effect.
And if you're not documenting something, it didn't really happen or if you make stuff up that didn't happen, you cheat yourself. (Actually revision isn't bad and we'll get to that in a minute...)
Here's why Field Reports (at least to yourself are important)...
I went through my old field reports that went *really* well....like the ones where I got laid or almost got laid or had good experiences.
They all had one thing in common...

They had Sexual Frames.
Yes. Sexual Frames are IT. That and a good performance with takeaways, compliance loops and agreement.
And if you write field reports, you'll notice that too. But if you don't write them then how do you know what to do???
You don't have to write field reports on this message board. You can write them and save them on your own computer or email them to yourself.
Actually I like emailing to myself because I can look at them anywhere and go "Oh I needed to do this here and that there."
Which brings me to another thing I wanted to talk about with you guys....Revision
Revision means rewriting the field report and imagining what would happen if...
When you do that, you should also go back in your mind to the interaction and re-do it, acting it out and adding or subtracting things.You can literally rehearse it either mentally or act it out like an actor getting ready for a big role.
You'll notice some of the solutions can become routines. For example, I have a routine for my job and my age if that comes up.
But again, in order to see that I needed to go out into the field and run through my Game Pan and see where it messed up.
Its a continuous process.
I hope this helps someone and inspires you to write field reports either on here or to yourself.
