What is chemistry and connection

I have been on many first dates which seem like the girl and I have a strong connection, we share a lot in common, we kiss at the end, etc. but for some reason the girl decides not to proceed because she says "we don't have chemistry" despite it seems like she had an awesome time. What could be the reason?

How are you meeting these girls? For me personally I usually have kissed a girl in the first interaction and the date is just more of that but a lot of "get to know you" type talk. Its like doing a job interview where you know you are going to get the job so you can relax and banter with the interviewer, and this job requires you to sleep with your boss so you should be getting physical (but at this point you should have that covered right).

By the way you word your post I feel like you may be overly invested in the "date" which may be coming across as neediness. You gotta get past the outcome dependence of her liking you. It'd probably be useful to strike the word date from your vocabulary. There is all kinds of socially programed negativity and shit that will just not help you surrounding the idea of it. Hanging out would be better.

I'm no mack by any means but I do things correctly by accident a lot, so bear that in mind.

Add more push and pull to your game. Things like "I'm starting to feel attracted to you. Maybe you should leave." Also kino is the key. Keep turning it up slowly.
