PUA Evaluations / Bootcamp Me

I'm testing out a new idea and it comes from hanging out with you guys. I gave it the working title of "Evaluations" or "Bootcamp Me".

A few weeks ago I was out with you guys and one guy had an issue that came up. It seems that he was a little bit uncomfortable with a certain girl who was on the dancefloor. She was at this bar and he had seen her at the last bar we were at. He was like "What do I do??? She's here!!" I was like "Just open up your arms and say 'I'm so glad to see you' :)

It worked. And they were making out on the couch in bar#2.

So this got me thinking....If it worked for me as the "instructor" and him as the "student", then it might well work for me as the "student" and someone else as the "instructor".

So to test this out, I put together a checklist/evaluation sheet and went and met a PUA friend for coffee.
Over coffee, my friend and I went down the checklist...it had all kinds of things on it.

My friend highlighted on an area that I had not thought about, my topic selection. He said "Yeah your topic selection sucks." And then he proceeded to show me how to do it well with a girl who was behind us right there in the coffee shop. He went from "who lies more" to talking about Rene Decartes.
Rene Decartes the philosopher....can you believe that? From "who lies more"? Yeah and he pulled it off and she seemed to have a certain gleam in her eye as he talked about the french philosopher.

My goal now is to develop this into a kind of drill along with some of the other things we talked about.

I just want to say that this has been totally $ MONEY $ as an exercise for me so far.

And this is why I posted this.

We might all benefit from something like this. Maybe we could formalize it or expand on the idea. This could very well help guys with many of their sticking points.
Actually these are more like "blind spots".

We all may have things that we are unaware of that make us unattractive. If someone else is able to sense or discover these for us then it may make the process of self improvement easier.

And by turning these observations into goals or drills, we can then improve as men.

I would like to open it up for discussion. If anyone would like to test drive this, I have a checklist that I have typed up which is still rough draft but useable.

Comments Welcome.

Guys,
Keep in mind that the list is a rough draft. We could also use Style's LAS VEGAS method off the Annihilation Method for a way to do this.
We could look at how companies rate their employees for evaluations and give quality measures on how to improve. By giving somethign a number (1-10) makes it more quantiyable. (did I spell that right?)
And too if you decide to do this, then BE TRUTHFUL AND HONEST with the people you are evaluating. Its not cute to mess with people's heads.

I would also love to see how we can improve the checklist and make it work better.

Probably but what would that prove? Having assault charges and spending the night in jail ain't high value.
I thought you did awesome last night.

My only suggestions are maybe get rid of the things you can't do anything about. For example, you can't do much about your hight. Also it might be good to classify things into long and short term goals. Standing up straight and speaking loudly enough to be heard can be fixed quickly. But, losing 30 pounds is going to take at least a few weeks.

Overall, good list. Thanks Trib.
