Favorite Shirt

I was thinking about how some guys swear by certain routines. Let's say I really love Strawberry Fields or I really like the G-String Opener or even Mystery's Bearshit story.

Let's say for example, I'm so good with Strawberry Fields that I actually get laid using it.

Well, that's great for me. It sucks for the other guys who don't do Strawberry Fields.

The main thing here may not even be the particular routine being used.

The whole thing makes about as much sense as a guy with a favorite shirt or clothes. He's like "Ahhh Man, this shirt is the best!! I get laid with this shirt".

We all know that its not the shirt at all. It something that awakens in him. Its him but for some reason the shirt is an anchor to that state where he's on fire.

So the routine may not be it at all.

I think its important to develop your own style but I also believe in anchors or peak performance enhancers.
For a while, just drinking a certain beer would put me into a state for sarging.

Let me be clear on this that I'm not talking about "state pumping" here. State pumping is where you go around singing certain songs or dancing or acting a certain way just to keep yourself up and in a good mood.

But natural anchors like routines or favorite shirts are ok. The thing about state that most people forget is that people are always in a state.

There's a state for me typing out my thoughts and there's one for reading this post.

Its impossible not to be in a state. So when someone says "I'm against the sarge state" one might ask "Are you against the breathing state?"

That being said, state pumping is unnatural because the act of doing so may not put you in the right state for sarging. It just makes you excited and fun.
A talkative state is probably preferred. Mystery said as much.

I hope this makes sense and isn't just me rambling on and on.
