Takeaway Basics (3 of 3)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you want to Same Night Lay's, you better master takeaways

Remember....
• If you over due them you can either look pouty or create a situation where she gives up.
• You must reward intermittently or your takeaways will only give bad emotions.
• You can’t be a pussy about takeaways. If you do them, she WILL test you to see if you mean it. You must let her walk away.
o EX: Mom says, “don’t do that again.” You do it anyway and nothing happens.
o EX: Dad says, “Don’t do that again.” You know you better not do it or he will crush you
• The less investment (not necessarily attraction) = the smaller your takeaways should be. The more investment = the bigger the takeaway can be.

2 Main Types of Takeaways

Verbal
• Agree and exaggerate
• Playfully calling her out on stuff she says or does
• Verbally telling her you are bad for her, that she should leave,
• Teasing her and telling her she is a pain in the ass, retarded, high
maintenance
• Being aggressively rude.
• Calling her out on hard boundaries of yours in a NON playful way.

Non Verbal/Physical
• Active disinterest (looking around the room, looking at you phone)
• Playfully rolling your eyes
• Taking a deep sigh
• Squinting like you are confused or annoyed
• Saying something like, “Riiiiight.” Or… “So anyway.”
o Basically acting like what she said was awkward or rude
• Turning mid sentence (looking ADD) and turning to talk to a friend
o (Calibrate…just before you go to far you want to pull her back in or squeeze her hand, or turn back and talk to her)
o The more desperate she is for your attention, the longer you leave the release hanging
o The less investment you have, the quicker you want to get back and include her.
• Misinterpreting what she says as something rude
o Girl: “Something rude.”
o B: “Fuck that.” (Turn and talk to a friend)
o B: “I like you, but don’t talk to me like that.”
• Arms crossed, mirror bad body language.

(Formula for Takeaways = mid to heavy compliment followed by takeaway. It causes cognitive dissonance)

Examples of takeaways early in the interaction
(Most of your early takeaways will be playful)
• Opener, “Wow, you are beautiful…Come talk to me later.”
• Warming up the room. Opening and ejecting on a high note.
• You are dismissed, you are elimidated
• Getting them laughing
• Active disinterest
o Looking around the room
o Pausing before answering
o Changing the subject when she asks a question

• Pretending to walk away over something silly
o “hold on, you’re cute but do you like dogs or cats better? Cats!?!?! Hmm I’m out of here.”

Example:
• B: “You girls are really hot, what country are you from?”
• G: “Germany.”
• B: (Going from smiling to serious face) “Oh. Well we better run.” Pretend to walk away and then turn back smiling

Helicase: Asks girls questions and then kisses them on the cheek if they answer well and smacks them on the ass if he doesn’t like the answer
• Playful disqualifying statements
o “I’m here to lose my virginity, hopefully 2009 is my year.”
o “Keep your hands off my boyfriend.”
o “So basically, you think you’re better than me?”
o “Don’t yell at me.”
o “Don’t tell me what to do.”
o “Don’t touch me.”
o “So basically, you are trying to ruin my life.”
o “So, basically you are a racist and you don’t like me because I’m black?”
o “Oh, no you’re one of those girls.”
• Break rapport tone.
o Ask a question: “Wow…really?” after a question

Examples of takeaways mid-interaction
(Now it’s more real. Still cycle the playful ones, but now look for opportunities to do real takeaways….BUT GOD DAMNIT DO THEM)
• If she really likes me, I’ll simply do warm takeaways
• If it’s on and off, look for something or misinterpret something you can do a real takeaway for.
o Example:
• Tell her to wait here. Then go do something and come back
• Calling her out on dorky stuff about her.
o “You are really hot, but you have really short legs.” “you remind me of the Geico lizard.”
o “Awwww…I like your voice….You have a cute lisp. Do you have a retainer in?”
o “You have a dorky laugh.”
• “You know what, you are a sexy as hell, but you are to much of a nice girl for me.”
