It occered to me that you can send the same text to as many people as you want. So, to save time, I started texting all the women in my phone the same note at around 11 PM. Most of them don't answer until the next day. But, there's always at least one that is sitting home, alone doing nothing. She'll send a text back quickly and I can see if she wants to come over.

If I get two, I send a text saying something like "Want to come over? I'll bet I can find another girl we could play with" to both of them.

I'd say with the "you want to come over approach" it's very direct and leave's the girl in an awkard postition, something that's worked for me is that if you disguise the question of do you want to come over after with a random question or statement it make's it more playful and disguises the pressure of the initial question.

scoundrel hit the mark... you MUST have had prior "relations" with this type of approach... would prolly strike some good interest in new experiences with other women in the bi-curious ones.... also, if you had a couple of responders, and they wanted to see how full of b.s. you were, imagine the social cred you would have on the next sarge with a "yeah, he gets multiple women" comment made by one of them to her friends... almost an instant frame situation if you ask me...
