So i'm breaking one of my rules and gaming this new girl at work. I know, dont shit where you eat, but she's pretty hot and she's only a temp so I'm not as concerned.

We've chatted a few times. Mostly fluff. And I've used a few routines like the drunk dialing do's and dont's etc. So far I've kept it funny and even introduced my self to the people she hangs out with at work, which has gone pretty well.

I've asked her to come out though a few times now(never like a date) but to concerts, games, etc and she always has plans.

I'm pretty sure there's no boyfriend, and she has guys around her at work all the time but these guys are all serious chumps.

This is random I know but I'm just looking for advice.

Ignore her for a little while. Then be cool and funny and nice again. Then ignore her some more. Back and forth, hot and cold. It will drive her crazy. She has guys around her all the time, be the stand out guy that doesn't cater to her.

Don't text, call, avoid contact but not at a rude way. If you see her and she says hi just say "heeey" and walk away, don't be a dick, just walk away like you already have something going on. It will eat at her in the back of her head.

hmm so i did what yall suggested. I didnt text, call, or im her for a while. Every once in a while she'd im me and I get her laughing and things would go well but i didnt press anything. Today after she im'd me this morning I started running game on her again and then did a couple of routines. I've got her trying to create rapport now and in fact she's asked me out on Friday or Sat. and that "she'll be buying". Thanks for the advice fellas! i'll let you know how it turns out.

They always say "Don't shit there you eat". Well that's a shit rule. I've hooked up with girls at almost every job I've had. Sure it can get awkward. I met my ex girlfriend at my job. She got fired about 3 days after I got her number because people (guys) would always crowd around her desk. The reality is that your job is a great way to meet women.
