I got a bracelet for Christmas that is SteelX. They make steel jewelry that is pretty cool and very inexpensive. Here's a link:

SteelX has some tight shit, but if you want rings that look cool and are inexpensive enough to give to HBs, then I'd suggest Eartbound Trading Company. There's one on the third floor of the Galleria next to Old Navy.
