Why can't sarging come with an Undo button? That would be so helpful, especially right now.

Sarging doesn't have an "Undo" button, but it does have a "Reset" button.

The most dangerous buttons are the "copy" and "paste" buttons.
That's when you keep repeating the same mistakes.

As long as you learn from this experience you'll be alright.
It sucks to burn a set though. Especially after you invest some time in it.
