Sat night I ran into my ex-girlfriend of 2yrs. at 8.0's in FTW. This is the second time I've ran into her while I'm out in two weeks! I totally F uped my night on both occasions... How do you get past this one? Some would say you gotta go talk to the 1st HB10 you see. I however get all edgy and its hard to loosen up. Lets get real here we are all gonna run into women that "got away" but how do you bounce back? I did this before when it was much harder(divorce) but I forgot how I did it. Maybe I have baby batter on the brain! I am sure that it's just a mental thing but if anyone has suggestions I'm game....

Give it time. Is there a problem going to other venues when you see her or altogether avoiding the places you're likely to see her? It doesn't sound like you have a great network where you run into her or she wouldn't be a threat - it would feel like she's on your turf.

I think I made her feel like she was on my turf... I have a lot of friends and I was looking pretty good sat night. Also, I had some ladies around me. It's just easier for the gals cause they have buzzards like us circling them when they look like good prey..or at least it seems that way. I do have feelings for her but when it's over, it's over! Thanks men..

the best thing yo can do is keep on your game and be unreactive to her. be pleasent and friendly as you always are, but dont let her know there is anything special ab her (especially if you do actually still harbor feelings). if you react in any way, especially negatively to her presence it lowers your value exponentially. work your game, forget she is even around and she will not only be impressed by how many options you create for yourself and how much you have going on without her, she will actually be feeling jealousy/curiousity about you too.

the best part though, is that she will respect you more as a person and down the road possibly as just friends. if you work this right, you can turn this into a casual hook up kind of thing with time. or maybe she wil introduce you to some of her friends... haha

be unreactive to her presence always!!! she has no monopoly on your attention or time and you want her to feel like you dont need her. cause you dont!!!
