Whats everyones favorite mixed drinks?

Mine are:

Vodka Cranberry
Vodka Red Bull
Vodka Tonic
Rum and Coke
Cape Cod

I discovered Stoli Vodka and cranberry juice and never have strayed far from it. White Russians are good too.

i think El Fenix is onto something...

- white russians are a player's mix, but not perfect for all occasions.
- mojitos are player too when in season.
- recently tried jose cuervo black or whatever its called with cola (as advertised, hah) and it was different, but good.
- hennessy on the rocks is always pretty classy in my book, but definately not for the amateurs. also somthing like dissarono or a nice whiskey like johnny walker makes you know what your playin w.
- in the morning ill take a tequila sunrise (don julio in that, thx), afternoon maybe a coors light, then if its a nice relaxing evening ill take a glass of red wine with my steak. if you dont know anything ab wine or youre cheåp, just ask for the house red. *even fools know red wine makes girls get hot flashes.

to truely be a sophisticated drinker you must understand what is appropriate for the mood/time of day/season, so spend a little time learning up on whats out there and what you like. this way you dont betray yourself as a lightweight at a socially inconvenient time, even if you are one!!!

Youre right, I had thought that the cape cod had a splash of 7up, which changes the taste all together. You wouldnt happen to know if that drink has a particular name would you?

The actual Cape Cod differs from place to place...the sprite addition is a bartender's rendition of the all time favorite.

I normally drink beer, mojitos, gin and tonic, and blasters(Jaerger boms for you non-Denton folks)

My all time fave beer you cant get in Texas though. Anyone from the east coast or, Penn State will know about their Yuengling. I drink as much of it as possible(within reason) when ever I go visit the folks in Florida.

Yuengling is a local Phili beer I believe from somewhere in PA. I usually drink it when i'm in Phila.

I know all about missing good beer. Keep going another few thousand miles East. Shiner Black is about the best local beer I know of right now.

It started in Pennsylvania, and has a brewery in Tampa, Florida. Thats how I found it, 'cause the put the brewery right next to my college campus at USF. (Go Bulls!) You can get it all over the eastern seaboard, but its easiest to find in Florida and Penn cause of the breweries being there.
