Whatz every1s view on girls 16 and 17


I just met these 2 girls and they said they are seventeen but i saw ones id and she was sixteen but they are hb9.2 and hb9.6

are they gameable?

by the way im 18

As a criminal justice major I familiarized myself with the laws regarding this issue fluently because it's one area I really don't want to get in trouble in.

Heres the skinny:
If she is in fact 16 and since you are 18, having sex with her is treated the same as sexual assault. I don't have my copy of the penal code with me right now but I am pretty sure sexual assault is a second degree felony which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.

Being within 3 years of age is a defense however. It doesn't guarentee you would get off but it does increase your chances.

If you want my honest opinion, you are pretty safe. Just don't get caught in the act by a police officer or piss off her parents because they are the ones who decide whether or not to press charges. If you want my advice though, avoid it if you can. There are plenty of 17+ girls out there so you should never have to go below the age limit. It's too big a risk. Even if you never go to prison you still take a chance at being forced to register as a sex offender and that is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

Keep it legal. Think Russian Roulette. There's a decent chance you'll be just fine, but if it goes wrong, it can go very wrong. There are plenty of 17+ women.

17 is legal. 16 is not. NOT worth the risk.

I have heard and read that a 3 year difference is defendable and your defense chances increase with a decreasing age gap in Texas. I have also heard that 17 is legal. BUT I would not chance it. I dont' think it is worth it.

17 IS legal in Texas. If you find a 16 year old and you really want to keep it legal, you can do so by bringing her to Arkansas where the legal age is 16.

It is even legal to fuck a 15 year old girl, in some obscure unlikely to ever happen scenerio. Such as you're in a state like Arkansas, it's her 16th birthday, but she wasn't born until say 10 pm. It's noon.
