who's really the prize? Flip the script
Posted: Fri Oct 05, 2007 8:06 amI find it very funny that bars and clubs try to flip the script and totally give the woman the power and make her the prize in that environment. On a normal day to day basis, men and women are on equal footing, or a PUA surely has the advantage.
Clubs try to flip this in the artificial environment. Girls get in free!! Free shite for girls!! Guys...$20 cover. (I'm looking at YOU Ghostbar!)
Unless they are bold, women basically only have 2 options:AI the guy they want to talk to them, or yes or no. Men have the power of choice. One of womens biggest gripes about their lot in life is not being able to attract the men they REALLY want.
In my afc days, it drove my nuts in bar or club environments, because the scene is set up to try to make the woman the prize. Now, I realize how little power they truly have, despite many things changing culturally, a thing is true to itself. A is A.
A woman is a responder, the man is the initiator. Most of a woman's power is on the front end, that is true. But she really has only 2 choices, she cant really make things happen like we can.
Once she submits,its over, the script is flipped.
